That's not really amazing. Anybody with average hurdling ability and above average footspeed could do that. Simply put...any middle schooler that runs hurdles in 7th or 8th grade can do the same. All that means is that he would be a good addition to a middle school track team. Heck...the average high school hurdler that runs 110m hurdles in 16.0 seconds will beat the average non-hurdler by 5.0 seconds. And 16.0 seconds MIGHT get you 5th or 6th place in some district track meets.
