  • thanks i needed a good lesson for this song but how did the part before and after the bend go didnt quite catch it lol

  • thanks man, nice job

  • its still not helping me :(

  • are you strumming only the 6th string or 5th and 4th too?

  • how are the APM settings ?

  • Good Job Man

  • awesome vid dude

  • nice...!!!!

  • muito bom cara !!!!!!!

  • best way to teach how to play a song with the guitar. Nuce dude

  • Dude this is genius :D

  • wow this is probably the easiest way to learn a tabbed song, you figured it out bud with the tabs while u play. plus it sounded great, kudos

  • Up strums in the refrain?

  • epiphone les paul custom silver burst limited edition !! hot guitar

  • how can i mute the strings, i don't check this^^

  • @Georg632 just put your fingers on the strings but dont push it down

your fingers will take in all the vibrations

    no vibrations=no sound

  • The guitar is PRS right ?

  • @leureanurazvan it's an epiphone (:

  • When you strum you are muting right?

  • @cbass856 I am muting with left hand

  • thanks man!

  • HELPFUL

  • what string did u strum? (I suck at guitar)

  • wow bro your pretty damn good... and i love the tabs...

  • you my friend are friggin AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • LOL it looks like you wanna go piii wen your not playing the guitarrrr

  • suena bien pero que le sucede a tus dedos xD

  • wats 3b

please tell us cos i'm new to guitar

  • @vulkan2345 3b is 3rd fret n the b is the b string (5th) fret ;)

  • @TaLlGrubZzZ neh....it's that bend on the 3rd fret:))

  • @Bianca97LP i know i just fucked up that whole sentence i wrote a month ago lmao

  • Very Very GOOOOD!!

  • u play awesome and i learnt it 4rom u thx :D

  • haha awesome vid/lesson. i have the same guitar too! haha

  • thanks alot! it was easy to understand, and it was a realy cool way of writng tabs, never seen that before:P

    keep up the good work;)

  • nice job, and thanks for the tabs :)

  • @kevincaz85 Ah I see! that's makes sense.

  • what's with those numbers on the right? The 4 5 6? what's with that?

  • @mirGaarasgirl14 lol, that's my way of creating tabs. The number on the right is the string number to hit and the number on the left of that is the fret to hit on that string. The "-" means the strings are muted by your left hand

  • :D i like you're guitar .. maybe cuzzz i've got him too =D

  • ur good dude , keep goin '

  • ur good

  • Thanks Fabian050680, I'll try it as soon as I have a chance !

  • very well

  • I'm still new to the guitar .. so can you show me in another video or something how do you play those muted notes, please !

  • lay your fingers 1 to 4 flat on the strings.

first, put pressure on the 2nd fret of the 4,5,6 strings, release but still hold them there to mute and then strike 5 times

  • I'm still new to the guitar .. so can you show me in another video or something how do you play those muted notes, please !

  • nice video man! 5*

  • Could you please post the notes you use for the bridge please. That would help a lot.

  • 0120430650120, then either 1 and the 3bend note, or 321 (depending on which time it is)

    Hope that helps a little.

  • So it's: 1.Bend 2.Bend 3.321 4.Bend 5.321 6.321 7.Goes into chorus?

  • #6 is actually 12302350123023 (and then the verse 2mute....)

  • So #6 is 0120430650120 an than 12302350123023

  • yep =)

  • @kevincaz85 thanks man! you're awesome!

  • awesome bro!

  • will it work ok in drop c? they are pretty much the same

  • it will probably sound ok but you won't be able to play it with the song.

  • Watz the strumming??

  • umm.. I don't really know how to explain it.. but its down, down up, up down, down up down, down up down, down.. hopefully you understand that, lol

  • Thanks that helped ^^

  • Nice

  • hey bro this video is really awesome and although these aren't the exact notes it comes pretty close

and as a beginner i have to ask how did you mute the strings for -

like i tried but it doesn't sound like the way you did it

  • you just lay your left hand (assuming you play right-handed) lightly across all the strings and strum. it's real easy, just try that out.

  • lol yeah i did that but idk to me it doesn't sound the same

  • try muteing wit more than one finger

  • hey do make more linkin park videos like this one

  • fkin awesome vid. this way its easier to learn

  • commento sgradevole

  • this vid is fucking cool!!! something i haven't seen before. its a cover slash tutorial. i can actually see things better with the whole guitar and see the fingers :D awesome

  • mate we have the same guitar :) safe

  • great vid

  • r u strummin all the strings? btw sweeet vid though

  • I don't think so. I might have been accidentally hitting the g or b strings a couple times but I meant to hit only e, a, and d.

  • for like 4 years i waisted my time trying to learn to read music but i just cant... so i finally tried learning enter sandman last night and i learned it in 30 minutes!

  • cool!!!u should be in linkin park!!!

  • Comment removed

  • wtf dude.. this was supposed to be a tutorial cover.. not an actual cover. I wasn't in front of an audience, I was in my room. And it's not like I deserve to be in linkin park because you're right, it is easy.. but I'm boring because I'm teaching, not entertaining.

  • But how do you do that part, when u make a noise at 2:21? the 3b thingy

  • click on "more info" over to the right.

  • its called pinch harmonics...its when u hold ur thumb to the edge of the pick and hit the string with the pick and the thumb...look up how to do them...once u get it u can do some heavy stuff like three days grace, static-x, slipknot and disturbed...its easy as hell...zz top and other rock and blues artist do this too...

  • I'm actually not sure if that's a pinch harmonic or not though... it could be something other than a guitar making that noise. I just hit 3 regularly and then bent it...

  • nice playing man! rock on! thanks alot!!!

  • but.. that's how he plays it in concert, studio, etc... why would I play it in a more difficult way when I can play it exactly like Brad or Mike?

  • lol, why would you do something the harder way when you could do the same thing easier and still get the same results either way.

  • how you do that 3b3 at 2:06, i learned the whole song with this videos but i am too stupid for that 3b3 things :(

  • u bend the string

  • yeah hit the 3rd fret and then bend it up or down.

  • u bend the string on the 3rd string

  • Thnx a lot man u can teach well.

ilearned the whole song in about 15 min.

    thanks a lot man!!!!!!!!!!!

  • nice and thx

  • is this drop d tuneing

  • it's says in the beginning of the video.. yes, lol.

  • this xtremely helped but what does 3b3 mean?cause i just got my electric guitar 2days ago i kinda of advanced alot but not much in notes

  • Sorry, I forgot to put that in the description. It's a bend, see how my ring finger pushes up on the string... that's all it is really.

  • thats really a big help thanks :)

  • dude thnx alot this really help

  • that was awesome!

    keep it up dude!
