i like how the additional green blocks magnetism alternates to oppose the direction of rotation of the motor, and that the basis is the same as that of a regular motor except all stationary magnets, whose force of attraction is not overcome by anything in the device. this would less than work. and there is no description for the input of energy in the green block magnetisations. laughable.

This concept you describe has been used multiple times in a wide variety of setups. There appears to be some net gain through the rectification of the back current generated by the EMF-collapse of the sustainment coils, but the overall gain is no where near enough to prove useful.
