Maybe this just hasn't grown on me yet. I love Saosin, and I want to give this album a chance, but I think they're forgetting some of the hallmarks of their sound: intricate guitar riffs, higher vocals, and in general more fast-paced songwriting. I miss that.

they changed their sound like likin park did from "meteora" to "minutes to midnight" its more powerfull and heavy but with less of their post-hardcore roots.

And that comes from me who once thought that the band would never be the same since green left. so give it a chance : )

the label kinda screwed them over, they really pushed for them to put on some poppy stuff, but take a listen to "You Never Noticed Me". it's the japanese bonus track, it's pretty good.

also search "bury me" tomorrow when the album comes out, it's the itunes exclusive track and it's definitely more of their old style
