  • brilliant! I'm in my 2nd year of learning erhu as a university course xD... this sounds awesome, but it'll take years to be able to play even a bit of it o.O;

  • wow, this is kick ass

  • yeaaaaaa, excelent, more...

  • dis is my jam

  • Brilliant

  • i like this song

  • are there different sized erhu's

  • hello... there are different sizes of "Hu"s. Just that they would have different names for the respective instrus

  • nice. i like the animation that goes with the Erhu..BEAUTIFUL

  • I want to learn the Erhu too :D But in the original style, not in the western. I live in holland... I think it would be hard to find....

  • this year summer holiday I went to China, GuangZhou to learn erhu =). So if you have cousins or someone to live then it's just to go there =) because there is a lot of ppl in guang zhou who can play erhu and they are very nice and will teach you for free =)

  • I wish I had the money to go to China :D Or else I will put my self in a suitcase :P

  • xD Haha ok and the Erhu in Guang Zhou cost like 500 swedish kr to 1000 and more =)

  • I didn't know they used kroner in Guang Zhou.

  • no no but the swedish kr has the same value as Guang Zhou's yuan. 500 yuan/kr is about 77 USD

  • I just bought my erhu for £70 and it's really good quality

  • :O:O!!! That's so good! Do you have a teacher?

  • No I don't sadly. there aren't many in the UK i don't think. I know the basics in theory so i should be okay at it. I already play guitar and piano so i hope i can pick it up easily enough. It's bloody difficult at first! :-)

  • haha but that's good ^^ I'm playing violin so I find those places pretty easily (almost the same to violin) but the technique is still pretty hard xD

  • The lady in the cartoon looks like a man

  • Doesn't she though? But it's a cute animation anyway.

  • the music is good!

  • I first saw Geaore Gao with Bowfire in 2006 and became an instant fan and got tickets early for the 2007 show. Galloping Horses is one of my favorite tunes of any type. All I can say is WOW! I bet Mr. Gao and Bowfire get a great response on the upcoming performances in China. Regards!

  • I wish I can play like that! I took a class with one of his pupils, she's really good as well, saw an awesome performance from her as well
