  • I liked your video demo here but perhaps you could re-do the audio with a decent mic and dub it over. Most of the time your voice sounded muffled rather than clear and a little hard to understand.

  • BE CARFULL stainless steel plates l316 in your generator reacts with water under the circumstances and produce cancer causing chromates that any contact may result in serious wired cancer - therefore when you do clean and service your generator make sure you have rubber gloves when opening the lid. REMEMBER do not dispose remaining liquid into sink or any home canalisation systems - store these liquids in a larger container and wait for recycling centres:-)

  • Good job! Did you say DC motor control OR Pulse Width Modifier ? I 'm curious about using a dc motor control from an old treadmill machine that uses dc motors

  • Famous last words....don't quote me on this .....but i understand that they work the same for this application.

All you are doing is restricting the flow of electricity by sending an inerupted flow , a pulse , instead of a continous flow.

Maybe someone more technical in this field can add more info.....

  • Great Info on your Channel .. this vid straight into my HHO playlist ..

    Cheers.

  • i have almost same set up but waiting on pwm . which pwm is better and why the 15 or 30 amp ?

  • gregted, this is great info. I'm wondering if you can email me the wiring diagram...

    thank you very much

  • what is a DC Motor Control? (1:09) i think i got every thing alse... Thank You!!!

  • Dc motor controller allows for a variable speed to the dc motor. It sends an interupted pulse of varying strengths to control the speed. This feature seems to generate more gas supposedly jolting the gas from the plates as the initial pulse is high.

  • this diagram and parts list is on line at hydigengarage dot com

  • very cool site watched all the videos and Im going to buy my electrical conections from them.

  • Great job! I was wondering where you got your PWM - I've tried finding ones on the internet but they are all pretty expensive. any info on it would be nice

  • Hi gregted1!

    Nice setup!

I like the idea to use a relay but I've got a question.

How many amps can the green switch handle / how many amps do you need coming from the switch to turn on the relay?

    Keep up the good work!

    thx

  • I have the wiring diagram on file.

If anyone wants it please let me know.

  • i've had difficulties in setting up my hho onto my vehicle...the circuits always got burn off...it would be nice and totally appreaciate if u could email to me the PWM circuit and the wiring diagram...
