Whenever i watched these commercials in Germany i thought nothing of it.
I moved back to the states, and wow. These commercials are awful! haha ^^

I can only imagine the amazing combination of minimal-creativity mixed with the overbearing lack of humor the SNCO and Officers editing and approving this crap have... Mixed together into one giant gagglefuck of uninspired, poorly filmed crap for all to see.
Also, can someone tell me why they advertise UNITS on AFN? I dont give a fuck about 3rd Bulk Fuel battalion, Hotdogs & Soda Company, really...

I'm not sure what you were thinking when the idea popped into your head to make this spot. Maybe you thought people would think that you were spontaneous or funny, or smart. It's an embarassment that this somehow found it's way through the approval chain and made it onto the air. It's so bad it becomes irresponsible.

People are fighting and risking their lives here in Iraq and Afghanistan, and when they are off duty, watching AFN Sports or something, do you think they want to see some childish, amateur hour, poorly produced bullshit? From concept to final product, this has no redeeming qualities at all.
