@victorvu2000 There's really no official or setting button to turn it on. The only way I got there siren to turn on was by a glitch, when the police car drove in the water, and the cop got out, for some reason the lights didn't go out and they stayed on. Then I just hopped in the car, and the siren and light still stayed on
