I agree that big food and the GMO gang has produced food to be like crack. I regularly go to the food bank here to glean the fresh veggies and dried goods that no one takes at all. I then can it or freeze it. It amazes me to see a farmer bring in 50# of peppers and not one person in line touches them or knows what to do with them!

Apparently small farms selling locally will be exempt, however I agree that the implication are very ominous.
