Gus Hansen is right. Playing at 2-4 tables when you are just starting will greatly affect your game. I tried that at BlindHit online. At first it made me win 100k but then I made some bad moves later on. I probably lost focus.

I remember when I first started playing poker I used to be very conservative with my money now I raise preflop and bluff alot more I feel really comfortable playing aggressive. The one thing I really dislike is poker players who have no concept of playing the actual game and call my pot size bets or larger bets to chase down their river card and win. Poker is game of math, skill, patience and luck. Poker is an amazing game I am so glad I started playing ;)

@001MeTaBoLiC100 bad players chasing shit down will pay you off in the long run. If you recognize they are chasing then value bet it. Dont price them out if they are bad players and chasing dont expose yourself to more losses. They will chase either way so price em in and let them chase. They pay you off or if they hit on the river you can recognize it and still get away from it without losing a bundle.

my tip: when you have a marginal hand.. keep the pot small. You don't want to get raised with 2 pair if there's a flush and/or straight possibility on the board.

At the same time you don't want your opponent to draw cheaply, therefore you should bet MORE when there is a flush and straight possibility, especially on the flop. If the Turn card is a blank you can fire again and they will usually fold if they are on a draw.

IWhen you enter a table either at poker or another gambling game and you do not spot a couple of fishes around, you are one of the fish ! Move out a.s.a.p.

tip 3 sucks, its proven that playing 1 table will cause you to play much looser than you should (its boring to have vpip 15-20 at 1 table), and, as a result, worse.

Everyone should start at least with 3 tables or 2 SH tables

Online Poker s not rigged, but it is also not Casino or "Real" card poker. The %s don't hold up online.

To play online you need to reckognize this and change your game accordingly or you WILL lose money. Lots of it too.
