I do that to my clients when it is necessary. Most western massages do not include adjustments due to local laws and regulations that are imposed on therapists. Only Chiropractors and physicians are allowed to do this type of manipulations. I prefer someone who are willing to do that for me..It is often done in Asia.

It was also a painful treatment for me as well. It is no laughing matter. Once they put you back, you will feel much better. Proper posture is a good thing no matter what part of world that you are from. My personal experience is that many Europeans do not know how to do it unless they see a Chiropractor or massage therapist.  Most MD just give you a pain reliever and tell you to sleep over the pain and offer absolutely no relief.

I have personally experience something like this as well as performing these type of treatment on my massage client. You don't know how good you will feel afterwards. Most westerners don't know nor understand that many European body are not properly aligned until this type of treatment is administered. It takes a delicate and masterful training to do this properly to avoid injuries. Try it, you will feel so refreshed that you'll go back again and again
