@KennethGizzle yeah, but it's a 5 year sentence for that joke. We had a kid in my town at the range doing this same thing, 2 stalls down was a cop, the cop ambled over, looked at the taped on soda bottle and arrested him. He got 5 years because of mandatory sentencing. It doesn't have to work well to go to prison and yes, BATF scans youtube for keywords like "homemade silencer".
