It is very ironically in history,She got famous in south Asia with her Taiwanese(Hokkien,Min nan) album while KMT were banning the language at that time. That's why people in Taiwan claim she is Taiwanese . yet Communist China tried to ban her Mandarin songs,but she conquered china unexpectedly. so Chinese people claim she is Chinese. as historially fact,both claim are right.

and where do all the chinese people come from? they're all from africa, as in evolution. Or if you believe in Christian god, human had only a 6000 year history.

Pro-independence taiwanese call it taiwanese to seperate themselves from China.. But they cannot escape the fact that even ppl from singapore(ah du) know the language simply because its a chinese dialect..

Taiwanese is not a dialect of China. That's just China's attempt to cover up the Taiwanese identity.
Anyway, this was a nice performance. I'm surprised to find out Ah-du can sing like that.
