  • MAy I know why my puff kept sticking to the grease paper? If i remove them, there will be a hole at the bottom. Can explain why? thx

  • hmm.. my grandpa is from sicily and he makes his family recipe.. and his is completely different.. his are big too.. and have air pockets so the cream is completely inside.

    1)how long it takes to make sure the mixture forms a ball at the top of it..?

    2)did u break the egg after u remove the saucepan or u let the mixture cool first, then u add the egg?

  • the mixture of the puff must not be hot before u put the egg,,, because the egg will be cooked by the heat in the mixture.. for the filling we use milk instead of cheese!

  • @PlayingPanda oh oh and i hope you don't mind me butting in XD but i think like riajose said of the heat and ect, the eggs may have actually cooked due to the temperateture of the cream puff mixture :)
