  • Oh, and btw, I have been doing a 4 minute workout on youtube (210911 Worlds Fastest Workout) for about 2 weeks - I have seen results, so it must be working. I highly recommend it!

  • Isn't that just circuit training? I feel like if they can talk so easily it might not be tabata, which takes everything out of you right? I'm not criticizing but I'm looking for examples of what to do because I've been doing HIIT and even that kills me.

  • I am sick of seeing all these so called "Tabata" videos. There are so many people that don't do it correctly. Tabata training doesn't just mean doing an exercise for 20 seconds, resting 10 seconds and repeating that 7 times. When you do the exercise you have to be going as hard and as fast as you can. You have to push yourself to the max on every 20 second portion.

    The people in this video are only putting like 60-70% intensity into the exercises.

  • @rdeffleymoviesnew I know I so agree with you...almost nobody in this video does the exercise with 100% intensity.....you know where you end up so out of breath that you almost fall over..at 60-70% intensity its NOT TABATA..

  • I LOVE THIS! I have this already but them talking thru out it wasGREAT. Made it suddenly each set OVER compared to just listening to it alone on my player/computer. Now that I worked out, I will stretch to Maxwell's latest and be done with it til next time. GREAT! As you can see, I can barely type, hehaha^_^

  • That's a more hybrid Tabata. It should be the same exercise throughout the series

  • I monitor my interval with an interval timer with my timer from Gym Boss. You can set the interval times. 20 sec work and 10 secs rest. It is high intensity and efficient

  • Why would you want to use a timer from gym boss (lame) when you should be using the Workout Muse system. Not only does it tell you when to start and stop but it also gives you timing updates throughout your workouts, round counts and it is also original music!

  • The GYMBOSS is programmable for any type of routine, its the size of a small pager, and it works great....thats why I use them.

  • i agree - I just bought one and it vibrates and beeps just in case u are at a gym or running. Not everyone is in their living room with a laptop watching Broadway musicals..lol.
