I totally agree with Savage about the excess drugging of our children. As someone who was on ritalin and adderal for years I can totally see his point. Bust first of all, ODD and ADHD are not the same thing. Second of all kids with genuine ODD are not just anti-authority. They are mean-spirited little hell spawns who hurt and bully others. Most sociopathic adults had ODD as children.

Being targeted with ADHD drugs and anti-anxiety drugs is enough. But the last thing I want to see is children being put on often new and untested drugs just because they exhibit symptoms of behavioral problems that can be treated without drugs. I know the treatment of problematic children in the USSR was a thousand times worse than what we see today in the western world. But promoting drugs for "Oppositional Defiant Disorder" is just so obscene when all they need is non-physical discipline.

@MIKON8ERISBACK I agree. I have seen many kids on pysc drugs when they don't need it. I believe that many kids have a natural character which is being a kid. Drugs make the kids worse. When I was young they put me on drugs which made me more suicidal and angy and just more nuts. Now that I am off of them I am fully capable of handling lifes everday situation.
