need to work on those transitions dude, dont rush, the TGU is incredibly technicle, do them with a shoe untill you have each movement down packed. You cant rush trhough these kind of things, because honestly, I did see quite a few errors there, but i spose it does say you were just starting to use it...everyone looks like crap when the first do there TGU's =P
Just remember, the exercise pattern goes mobility - stability - then strength. gotta get one right before you can proceed to the next

good job man, the only thing you should watch out for is that wrist hyper extension at the beginning of your TGU, keep your wrist straight
