  • need to work on those transitions dude, dont rush, the TGU is incredibly technicle, do them with a shoe untill you have each movement down packed. You cant rush trhough these kind of things, because honestly, I did see quite a few errors there, but i spose it does say you were just starting to use it...everyone looks like crap when the first do there TGU's =P

    Just remember, the exercise pattern goes mobility - stability - then strength. gotta get one right before you can proceed to the next

  • good job man, the only thing you should watch out for is that wrist hyper extension at the beginning of your TGU, keep your wrist straight
