The reason this theme is used in a lot of shows that aren't wrestling related is because it's a production library song. It's titled "Loaded". A production library song means, WWE does not own the song, nor does anyone that uses it. They pay a small fee when it's used. Not as much as it would cost to have a completely new song composed for the company using the song.
