This explanation ignores the expanding universe. If there were an attracting force, it would have to attract the universe in its many directions. This explanation seems to concentrate on a linear view of time and space, and the increasing complexity on our earth being drawn to an omega point. I see a major flaw with this whole theory (at least as you state it).
You take the Omega Point to be fact, then say the premises support it. How can you say with certainty that the internet could not have existed before the 1900's JUST because the lack of energy from the Omega Point?
Furthermore, where is the evidence for ANY of this? We accept scientific theories because of evidence. Where exactly is your evidence for Omega Point?
We can not technically prove anything could not have existed before a certain time, until time travel via ERB is proven impossible.
The omega point is obviously something he believes COULD be a possible framework of our universe, and that statement was under the assumption that the theory was true. It was simply a possibility (that he unfortunately made to look like he was stating it as a fact).

This is great and all, but what if the universe isn't closed? The entirety of the OPT hinges on this as only in a closed universe can infinite complexity/information be achieved. If you look at 'time' and complexity as the distance away from the Omega Point than we are moving closer to it and further from the periphery. Look at it this way, the big bang is the further evidence of the corona of the Omega attractor. And if you can rise above the temporal fabric that we are moving in then it is possible to cross this boundary to different points.
Are you of the persuasion that once we reach the Attractor, because complexity will be at its fullest, everything conceivable to the human imagination will happen simultaneously? And if so, what does that mean (ie could you expound on what you think will happen once we reach the attractor)?
2012 Omega Point may be a local attractor in a network of attractors. At the least some kind of spreading telepathy/connected-ness will manifest. We will at least start to coalesce into a super-mind. Calleman's Mayan Calendar interpretation says that in the last 260 days of the cycle will see as much change as all [human] history. Whether the event is the second coming, etc. no one can be sure because of where we are. Remote viewers say there is a barrier preventing them seeing beyond it.

I come to two conclusions with respect to the method through which we accomplish the eschaton.
1) we develop some sort of technology that reduces the distance between any two people to literally zero and a type of telepathic link is created.
or
2) the earth gets hit by a asteroid

I just noticed that you have no negative comments and I'm having a hard time believing that you never got any for this video. It can be extrapolated from what you said that technological advancements happen on their own. That discredits the blood sweat and tears of those working towards an advanced society. now where your theory lets you down is that fact that you are saying that it started with the big bang, so my theory about time being able to stop if we have one color left is true, because what happened before the big bang or what did the big bang look like, answer is it was one color and this does not stop what we call time instead it pauses it ready for next life i believe that it will never end and that it can not end if it has not started, you may think im crazy but so does everyone else.

there is no point because there is no end meaning that there is no start, every point is just a human expression of imagination, point can not come into the the theory of time or atleast the real theory of time, we use point so that it can be comprehened into the human matter, and because we can not see the future the answer is beyond our human brain so it needs to come outside the box, but im affaid the big bang is just not good enough.

As a speaker about the subject I enjoyed the information and the way you explained it. I know that this subject is difficult at times to translate in a 10 minute or less video. I will keep an eye out for any new videos you put up and I will enjoy seeing your progress. I believe that as we approach the omega point a convergence of the sciences occurs where man and machine merge with concuisness. Could the strange attactor simply be the denses part of our galaxy the galatic center? I find it funny that we look up and say that entropy is ruling the universe yet were growing more and more complex could we be going backwards in time thinking were moving forward? only "time" will tell

but what of the creation of the world? where does it fit in with respect to the movement towards point omega? if the world is moving towads something by the pull, implicitly then it has to be moving from something, doesn't it? in that case, can't you not argue that there are two point omegas and not just one?

The Omega Point theory as first proposed by Chardin and later by Terence McKenna does imply a pulling towards.
If you look at 'time' and complexity as the distance away from the Omega Point than we are moving closer to it and further from the periphery. Look at it this way, the big bang is the further evidence of the corona of the Omega attractor. And if you can rise above the temporal fabric that we are moving in then it is possible to cross this boundary to different points.

2012 Omega Point may be a local attractor in a network of attractors. At the least some kind of spreading telepathy/connected-ness will manifest. We will at least start to coalesce into a super-mind. Calleman's Mayan Calendar interpretation says that in the last 260 days of the cycle will see as much change as all [human] history. Whether the event is the second coming, etc. no one can be sure because of where we are. Remote viewers say there is a barrier preventing them seeing beyond it.

What you are saying here kind-of ties in with Peter Russell's Global Brain theory. I think telepathy will certainly be the next stage of evolution.
