can you Pokemon BB and VW be able to connect and battle with just regular Pokemon Black or White?

@AznBoiAlex13 it can connect yes, and trading will work fine. battling does i think as long as you don't use anything bbvw changed like types and that, but i think the moment you get a difference between the two games and it matters, a battle will crash (i.e. if you attack Serperior with a Dragon move or something)

@Drayano60 I don't think the types stay changed when battling, but I think if you use a move that they only learn in BB or VW then it'll just be like a hacked move and work fine.

@JayDotWillyWilly on the contrary, someone tested over at gbatemp and it appears things stay client-side, so like if you have a Serperior, it'll be Grass on BW and Grass/Dragon on BBVW, which has problems with battle calculations and that

@InecredibleMinecraft Starly's still probably stronger, you can't really beat Staraptor's power and Close Combat

Pidgey's more if you want to indulge yourself in the edits.
