  • Thank you so much for this recipe! Yesterday I tried to make melomakarona, using the same ingredients and quantities as these here, but following a different recipe and a different way of mixing. So I ended up with stone-hard melomakarona... :(( Well, next week I'll make these cookies again, and won't give up until they become as soft and mellow as the melomakarona I once used to eat in Greece... Hronia polla! :)
