But given the line: "You cannot grasp such concepts", as well as the title, one could think that Stu is actually an alien that has invaded the Pickles, but due to some unknown reasons (Earth atmosphere, 4AM) he has no more strength and willpower to blend in with success.

The line "I've been trolled all my life" suggests that the mission he's carrying out on Earth may not be entirely voluntary. Perhaps it was a practical joke done by his alien colleagues?

Second, you do make an excellent point, and your logic suggests I might not have been overthinking the video after all. @YouDuck2345 Ha! Slip-up! What a clever remark! This leads me to believe that the whole mission is a prank on Alien Stu, and both Didi and Angelica are his colleagues. Since it's a cheap practical joke made up in 10 minutes, they didn't have the time to practice their roles, thus Didi's mistake AND Angelica's poor attempt at laughing. In the end, though, Stu finds out he's being trolled, suggesting that he's usually the target for his colleagues' jokes.

I do have one other theory. Didi finds no humor in the trolling of Stu, which shows she has some kind of empathy for him, and possibly love. Stu however, is tired of the jokes being played on him by Angelica, the possible commanding officer of "Operation Rugrats", an alien operation with the sole purpose to get information on earth before their invasion. Didi is forced to take part in the pranks, which she regrets, and Stu can't forgive her. "Besides you're not my wife".
