First single from Separations. Actually, it was first released in 1991, then re-released in 1992 with a different track-listing, and finally in 1996 on CD featuring the original track-listing. I think it's a very patchy album, but at least it's got My Legendary Girlfriend on it, which was a bit of a turning point for Pulp. BTW, the video was filmed in some photo studio at St Martin's, and, believe it or not, according to Jarvis, was inspired by Unchained Melody, n. 1 at the time.
yeah jen is a cock-face with a saggy vagina that would be perfectly visible to the naked eye even if she wore a long, respectable gown as opposed to the usual short skirst
wow, i thought this song was just in my head until I searched youtube for it....I love it....good to see im not the only one....I have a really old pulp collection back home...cant even remember the name of the album this was first on...answers on a postcard please :P
well let's see, this was recorder at feb. 91' so, I had 4 at that time, anyway, I would like to be more older to see them Live in that era, and yes it is an astonishing song ;)
Got my username from this song - such a classic; his voice and the lyrics - what an incredible combination!

It sounds like 'They Suffocate At Night' which is a single off the 'Freaks' LP (1987).
