I applied for multiple scholarships while going to college and was turned down for all of them and in one case was told it was because I was not black or a woman or from a broken family. Yet I worked my butt off, joined the military to pay my college debt and now make over 100 k per year in the civilian sector. But now I am being told that I need to pay out of my taxes for that same ethnic man or women that received the scholarship that I did not. Tell me how this is right.

Some people (blacks) are trapped in poverty because in the past their ancestors weren't allowed to an education. An uneducated parent can't get a good job, and without a good job you don't get paid. Without money, the kids can't get an education to have a good job for themselves, therefore they're stuck in poverty for generations. Liberals understand that minorities are still recovering and will be for the next 100 years from this. Obama wants to speed it up with that "oh so spooky socialism".

Of course there are exceptions here and there. We're talking about the masses, millions of people who can't pay tuition so they can only depend on sports or the arts.

The government is involved in a HUGE multibillion dollar campaign of embedding military people who support the war and the military industrial complex into EVERY MAINSTREAM MEDIA CHANNEL!

This is a much bigger issue.

Think for example. In the 16th century we were able to invade and colonize a country. In the 20th and 21st century, we are able to invade and colonize a country. The pic change but the method doesn't. However, in the 16th century those countries didn't have nuclear weapons. Now they do. That's what dangerous. I have had someone help me to get to a position that I wanted to be in, then when I surpass the position of the person who helped me, they began to spread lies to try and discredit me. Even though Rev Wright has been damaging to Obama, if you listen to everything he said, he not only made valid points, but he had evidence to support his claims. in discussing linguistics, he was right when he said that black speech was considered bad english. I took a few linguistic classes in college and the one thing that was point out is that no american speaks proper english. Each region of the country has their own dialects.i will continue...

Lol I've been noticing that. Before the Pennsylvania Primaries....it was the Media reiterating "Obama's not going to get the white vote because of this Pastor situation." And yeah I agree, Affirmative Action needs to be more economically focused than race.
