  • Are you serious? I can only do 27. But i do REAL pullups. I actually put my chin above the bar, and I don;t use my feet to help lift me up. bullshit pullups

  • i didnt even see 1 official pullup

  • not bad but try and get better ROM like burningnun said. first 10 were good.

  • You need to get your chin over the bar without craning your neck (the last few were not really pullups), and the other retards need to know the difference between training for metcon and training for strength (here's a clue - 30 reps), then realise that kipping pullups are a perfectly legitimate exercise.

    On the whole, a pretty decent effort.

  • Your ab's must have been pumped after those knee raises.

  • what the hell are you doin there fat boy? the fact that you are not even doing 1 proper pull up says it all, you horrible ugly fat person, you lie about everything, thort you could do near 50? looks like none to me, you are ugly you look like the michelin man fatty cream cake eater

  • strong legs.

  • Terrible form.
