is the possibility of reducing the video resolution of 848x480 to 640x480 in order to increase the rate of 25 fps to 30fps ...... reducing the video resolution degrade the footage?

its supposed to be, but i think its been delayed again

Was supposed to be out around the 23rd but its been put back. It's currently set to be released November 2nd in the UK. No idea about the US.
