@Kostly Actually the GMO seeds won't even produce in the way that the powers think they will. You will see. There will be a huge shortage of food as a result. No I think it is worth it to spread the seeds. But look we can plant the seeds on our own un-tainted land and multiply them. I'm not a "liarr" or a counter intelligence program. I don't get paid a dime to argue against anything.

In case you haven't noticed, the majority of my postings is merely asking someone to substantiate the claims they make. Conspiracy junkies take this is an ultimate insult and go absolutely batshit when someone asks them for sources to their claims. Not a very rational or logical response.
And kerina3000 has not been able to substantiate ANY of her/his claims save that 3 politicans contributed a letter to Dr. Laibow's organization. And then turned around and claimed not to trust politicians.
Perhaps one of the reasons why you've never heard of anyone ODing on vitamins is because megadose vitamins of D, K, E, and A are not approved for usage.
But look up the medicine "accutane". Yes, it's by "Big Pharma".
It has many risky side effects :
Accutane can cause severe, life-threatening birth defects if the mother takes the medication during pregnancy. Even one dose of Accutane can cause major birth defects of the baby's ears, eyes, face, skull, heart, and brain. Never use Accutane if you are pregnant.
Accutane is a pill made out of a very high dosage of , GUESS WHAT!! Vitamin A.
And they're not setting limits on how many nutrients you're allowed, dullard. They're recommending limits in vitamins and mineral supplements. No one is denying you nutrition.
You don't get all of your nutrients from vitamins and minerals. That's what food is for. These are SUPPLEMENTS.
Do you know what the definition of SUPPLEMENT is? It means that it's added. It's not the only source.
So basically, your argument is that vitamin and mineral supplements should contain 100+ of the RDA for these substances, and anything less is some global evil plot to deny you nutrients and to kill off most of the population.
Let me explain exactly why codex suggests a maximum amount for vitamin and mineral supplements.
Let's suppose some dumbass decides to start making vitamins. They think that because a little vitamin D is good, then a lot is a lot better. Makes sense, right? So they make a megadose Vitamin D tablet.
But here's the problem. Vitamin D is toxic in large quantities. And it's fat soluble so it builds up in your system. So now you've got heart, lung and kidney damage from calcium crystals.
So are you suggestion that a politician has only the most altruistic intentions?
Simply because they disagree with codex guidelines does not mean that this idiotic conspiracy is true. Codex involves much more than vitamin and mineral supplements.
I can only guess at the political motivations to opposing Codex.
I'm already familiar with that website. I've been directed to it several times before, by various conspiracy junkies.

You really don't seem to understand what codex is. Codex does not regulate anything. They have no power to regulate anything. The only thing they do is to write guidelines, and suggest them to the people who DO regulate them. None of their guidelines are mandatory.

What do I need to give credible sources for? I haven't made any fantastic claims? All I have stated is that I've been hearing about this idiotic "vitamins will be illegal!" conspiracy for 15 years. And I gave a link to a snopes article about it from 5 years ago, showing that this is hardly a new thing.
Since you don't seem to understand this conversation we've been having, let me simplify it for you.
Ridiculous claims are being made. I've asked for any sort of credible evidence to support these claims. You have yet to provide any sort of evidence to validate you.

And I'm really, really interested in finding out more about how all countries have been "harmonised" and where I can find the laws passed that makes Codex mandatory.

I'm guessing that since you're from Ireland, you're not all that familiar with US governmental processes.
Let me simplify it for you. This is the process:
Decide on a cause. Write a brief statement explaining your grievances. Get people to sign it. Send it to the relevant government agency. That's all that's involved. Hardly in need of a team of pro bono lawyers.
Now, what happens after that? Usually nothing. The government is not required to even respond or address the issue.
As far as I've found, there has been absolutely no response or action taken by the government to this petition.
So remember, all the money it takes to petition the government is the cost of paper and postage. Or in this case, the space it takes up on her website. You know, the website she uses to sell all of her crap. Remember that when you see that "Please Donate!" plea for $150 a pop.

I was reading on codex alimentarius, and one thing about it seemed odd and backwards. I read that countries could be penalized and fined for adopting higher standards than the codex(they called it a ceiling on standards), but they could not fine or penalize a country for adopting lower standards than what is required for codex. What the hell is that?

@Kostly Actually the GMO seeds won't even produce in the way that the powers think they will. You will see. There will be a huge shortage of food as a result. No I think it is worth it to spread the seeds. But look we can plant the seeds on our own un-tainted land and multiply them. We don't get any chem-trails spraying in our countryside (yet) and our water is still quite good. Perhaps others could take note and do the same with their seeds. I think we need to multiply and spread!

Let me explain exactly why codex suggests a maximum amount for vitamin and mineral supplements.
Let's suppose some dumbass decides to start making vitamins. They think that because a little vitamin D is good, then a lot is a lot better. Makes sense, right? So they make a megadose Vitamin D tablet.
But here's the problem. Vitamin D is toxic in large quantities. And it's fat soluble so it builds up in your system. So now you've got heart, lung and kidney damage from calcium crystals.
Fun, huh?

I can guarantee that you won't convince me of anything without some actual, credible proof. And you certainly aren't going to convince me of anything if you can't even give any sources to what you're claiming.

The fact that you keep prattling on about "full implementation" just shows what an idiotic conspiracy junkie you are.
"Full Implementation" will never come to be, because the guidelines are structured around the ever changing world. It will always be revised and updated. There is no secret "master plan" that has been all mapped out and is just waiting (for some reason no one knows) around for the past 40+ years to bring into action.

I love when people are so pathetic that they can't supply even the most basic of sources for their claims. Even after being asked, repeatedly.
So again, I ask you. Where are you getting this information? Who are the congressmen you were speaking of earlier? Where is the case number for the "legal actions" being taken over this petition? What exactly came into effect on 12-31-09?
Why can't you answer a single question I ask of you?

I've read much of the Codex guidelines and I have yet to see "nutrients" classified as toxins. Please point out where I can find this information.
Again, I ask you for any credible sources you have that will support anything you're saying. Anything at all.
All you've done is make vague statements about reading sections that make these claims.
Just give me the reference number and year of adoption for these guidelines and I can pull it up.

I'm guessing that since you're from Ireland, you're not all that familiar with US governmental processes.
Let me simplify it for you. This is the process:
Decide on a cause. Write a brief statement explaining your grievances. Get people to sign it. Send it to the relevant government agency. That's all that's involved. Hardly in need of a team of pro bono lawyers.
Now, what happens after that? Usually nothing. The government is not required to even respond or address the issue.

As far as I've found, there has been absolutely no response or action taken by the government to this petition.
So remember, all the money it takes to petition the government is the cost of paper and postage. Or in this case, the space it takes up on her website. You know, the website she uses to sell all of her crap. Remember that when you see that "Please Donate!" plea for $150 a pop.
