I was reading on codex alimentarius, and one thing about it seemed odd and backwards. I read that countries could be penalized and fined for adopting higher standards than the codex(they called it a ceiling on standards), but they could not fine or penalize a country for adopting lower standards than what is required for codex. @Kostly Actually the GMO seeds won't even produce in the way that the powers think they will. You will see. There will be a huge shortage of food as a result. No I think it is worth it to spread the seeds. But look we can plant the seeds on our own un-tainted land and multiply them. We don't get any chem-trails spraying in our countryside (yet) and our water is still quite good. Perhaps others could take note and do the same with their seeds. I think we need to multiply and spread!

Codex doesn't "allow" anything. It is merely a guideline submitted to regulatory government guidelines. They have no authority to "allow" or "ban" anything.
The fact that you keep prattling on about "full implementation" just shows what an idiotic conspiracy junkie you are.
"Full Implementation" will never come to be, because the guidelines are structured around the ever changing world. It will always be revised and updated. There is no secret "master plan" that has been all mapped out and is just waiting (for some reason no one knows) around for the past 40+ years to bring into action.

Let me simplify it for you. This is the process:
Decide on a cause. Write a brief statement explaining your grievances. Get people to sign it. Send it to the relevant government agency. That's all that's involved. Hardly in need of a team of pro bono lawyers.
Now, what happens after that? Usually nothing. The government is not required to even respond or address the issue.
As far as I've found, there has been absolutely no response or action taken by the government to this petition.
So remember, all the money it takes to petition the government is the cost of paper and postage. Or in this case, the space it takes up on her website. You know, the website she uses to sell all of her crap. Remember that when you see that "Please Donate!" plea for $150 a pop.

I was reading on codex alimentarius, and one thing about it seemed odd and backwards. I read that countries could be penalized and fined for adopting higher standards than the codex(they called it a ceiling on standards), but they could not fine or penalize a country for adopting lower standards than what is required for codex. What the hell is that?

@Kostly Actually the GMO seeds won't even produce in the way that the powers think they will. You will see. There will be a huge shortage of food as a result. No I think it is worth it to spread the seeds. But look we can plant the seeds on our own un-tainted land and multiply them. We don't get any chem-trails spraying in our countryside (yet) and our water is still quite good. Perhaps others could take note and do the same with their seeds. I think we need to multiply and spread!

I love the irony of being called a fool by someone who thinks that the codex symbol on the side of a pringles can is proof of the conspiracy of codex banning vitamins and supplements.
How exactly is she "ordering" legal proceedings? She has no authority to order anything. She might be paying a lawyer to file a lawsuit against someone, but that is a far cry from ordering legal proceedings against something.
Please do share some sources for any of her claims.

Make sure you buy some of the codex DVDs or the codex books. Oh, and be sure to donate some money to her campaign against codex. Just don't ask her to explain just how that money is being used.

Since she quit her job to raise awareness about codex she might need to make an income somewhere and id prefer to buy her product than a processed one on the supermarket shelf. And i never said the symbol on the pringles box is a sign of conspiracy, u did. i was merely stating that codex guidelines is present and is being used in our foods. do u not ask yourself why huge pharma companies are the ones that will profit form codex? and conveniently the makers of codex own them.

the lawyers she has work for free bcuz they too feel that codex is wrong as it leaves the people without a choice.
Her legal procedding are that of a peoples petition with over 30,000 signatures which stands up in court.
3 congressman have wrote a letter to support the petition. Since i am not an american citizen i do not hv access to court hearings online. All things aside, how can u agree with something that takes away peoples choice forced to eat food witout pesticides etc its not right.

You don't have to be an american citizen to look at a US government website.
And exactly what court hearings are you talking about? You don't have to be able to actually access the records to know what the case number is.

if u have actually read the codex guidelines, u will know that once it is in full implenentation we will need a permit to grow our own food. and i know u havnt read it because under codex guidlelines organic food is STILL treated with levels of pesticides. we have no choice.

on the 31 of dec 2009, all countries become harmonised, meaning codex is no longer voluntary but mandatory. u obviously havnt even watched this video or dr. rima's because they both state that. your view is completely bias. im obviously going to believe the word of someone that has read over 16000 pages of codex documentation over you. and u cant answer the questions i ask u, why is codex allowing 7 carcinogenic organic chemicals into our food? or over 3000 perticides?

I have watched "Dr. Rima's" video. I've commented on several of them.
Codex doesn't "allow" anything. It is merely a guideline submitted to regulatory government guidelines. They have no authority to "allow" or "ban" anything.

The fact that you keep prattling on about "full implementation" just shows what an idiotic conspiracy junkie you are.
"Full Implementation" will never come to be, because the guidelines are structured around the ever changing world. It will always be revised and updated. There is no secret "master plan" that has been all mapped out and is just waiting (for some reason no one knows) around for the past 40+ years to bring into action.

I'm guessing that since you're from Ireland, you're not all that familiar with US governmental processes.
Let me simplify it for you. This is the process:
Decide on a cause. Write a brief statement explaining your grievances. Get people to sign it. Send it to the relevant government agency. That's all that's involved. Hardly in need of a team of pro bono lawyers.
Now, what happens after that? Usually nothing. The government is not required to even respond or address the issue.

As far as I've found, there has been absolutely no response or action taken by the government to this petition.
So remember, all the money it takes to petition the government is the cost of paper and postage. Or in this case, the space it takes up on her website. You know, the website she uses to sell all of her crap. Remember that when you see that "Please Donate!" plea for $150 a pop.

neither of us will convince the other one theres no point arguing! but all i can say is iv read some of the codex guidelines and if u have too u will have read the section where nutrients are classified as toxins. i think even the dummest monkey knows thats a pile of crap. and the fact that they're bringing back over 3000 pesticides and 7 out of 9 POP's, known to be carcinogenic is enough for me. codex and rima aside.. that is just wrong. i can make my mind up without either of their influence
