  • I'm keen to fnd out more information on diet routines - I have been utilizing a bunch of DietOramy program regime (found it on Google) for numerous time now and I'm actually losing fat and am excited relating to this!

  • @ramussed4 I have found the best solution for me, it's in the site WeightLossAction.Info. Me and my girlfriend have proven how effective the program is.

  • Great video. She is so right. My friend went to a ND doctor in Virginia (Christopher Ogilvie Integrative Health of Virginia) and lost tons of weight because she was clinically supervised. It’s the only way to do it.

  • Hello! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • God she's such a great speaker and easy to understand. I learnt more about carbohydrate and insulin from her than I ever did in biology

  • I've been going through a lot of your vids - really great stuff.

  • Wow! Thanks for the great ideas. I think they will go very well with the program I'm using through the reallifeforhealth website. Their system is really easy to use and it does everything. They have 1000's of different recipes to choose from and they help you build a fitness and nutrition plan that suits your goals. I'm happy that there's no fad diets, pills, or required supplements. I'm really impressed with it, especially since they offer a free trial.

  • According to the U.S. Surgeon General, almost 70% of girls have tried to lose weight or go on a diet prior to their eighteenth birthday. This means kids are making the effort to drop the pounds - but do they really need it, and are they doing so in a way that's truly helpful?

  • These videos are straight forward and easy to understand. Thank You

  • @MizzButterflyy I totally agree. Very informative. I'm glad we have videos like these on YouTube.

  • I find the hardest thing for me when dieting is getting enough nutrition. Smaller portions work, but I’m left hungry and less food= less nutrition. I use nutritional supplements now and eat healthy, full meals.I got started at ryansnutrition com and have my appetite under control.

  • That bitch is trying to sell weight loss! You can do it perfectly well on your own

  • I've been trying to lose 15lbs for a while and there are some good tips and advise here: bestweightloss-supplements . com

If it helps you, then great.

  • Why is the background a medicinal marijuana behind her?

  • Thanks for the vid! This is GREAT INFO for all to hear!!!

  • body uses protein to make up reduced glucose as well, and to reduce your metabolism when dieting, because your body is trying to keep you alive. high energy demands of muscle is bad for survival during famine situations. if your losing muscles then your caloires are too low. you cant force fat loss you have to eat alot of good food consistantly to get your system to bring your appetite down, from what i have read. you cant force it by undereating. right way is very very slow.

  • you have an arabic name radhia means satisfied :)

  • no your not! your not in texas YOUR IN FRONT OF A GREEN SCREEN!

  • why use a green screen? you are just trying to make yourself look like you are something your not. lots of walking and lots of water and cut down on the fat intake

  • Why are you so mad? She is right

  • Oh, chill out. Just having a bit of fun.

  • your videos are very easy to understand and enjoyable to watch :-)

  • Oh yes i exercise.... i know muscle weighs more than fat but im gaining so much, i look like a balloon, i eat berries, drink organic milk, drink lots of water, NO high fructose corn syurp at all. I shop for everything at whole foods

  • How about lean proteins? How many of those are you getting?? How about fats ?How many of those? If you really want to loose weight, let me give you something

  • I have been eating healthy foods for about a yr and im not taking off any weight... im not understanding why im not... i eat berries, all fresh foods i even get organic milk, i eat alasken salmon i shop at whole foods i have even tried a supplement that i got at whole foods that helps with metalisiom... Gala herbs.. enzymatic .... premire research labs.. just a few and nothing is working

  • Are you exercising?

  • You have to eat less.

  • are you being honest with yourself? meaning, if you consistently have a calorie deficit you will lose weight - even if you eat unhealthily. eat a healthy diet based upon wholefoods, lean proteans and good fats AND exercise - you will get there.

  • Healthy life transformer! I love this!

  • This seems like it will work. More frequent checking up is the difference.

  • oh and im 23, i have 4 kids, all under 5. yeah i gained alot of weight, im working on it. thats all i keep telling everyone. it take time to lose weight.

  • well........ i lose 13 lbs in 3 weeks, by still eating just work out everyday. Like they say when u starve ur self it come back, plus some. i know it happen to me. When u start back eating ur body is going to keep that food, cuz it dont know when ur going to eat again.

  • i lose 20 pounds for 3 weeks by just starving my self. i'm 20. Is it true that it is easier to lose weight while you're younger than you're older? i mean is metabolism faster if you're younger than when you're older like 30's or 40's?

  • I'm calorie counting BUT I eat mainly healthy foods, eliminating all processed foods. Won't that do?

Also, how do you answer the study that finds that it doesn't matter what diet you're on, calories is calories and the most important is ceating calorie deficit? I'm very interested with your comment with this one.

I love your videos and please make more!

  • I've recently lost 25 pounds without counting a single calorie and without going hungry.

I'm just not eating refined carbohydrates and I'm exercising about 30 mins a day in front of the TV to raise my metabolism.

I don't consider that I'm on a diet, I'm just eating the right foods. This is mostly whole fruits, vegetables, nuts and meat.

You can lose weight by lowering your calories while you eat total crap food and be hungry all the time or you can just eat a healthy diet.

  • @psychetruth WRONG! You can not eat cake , icecream & chips and pizza and lose weight. HECK! most women think they are eating "healthy" and exercise and STILL don't lose weight.

  • So if a 5 foot person eats 1200 calories a day and walks 45-1hours a day. You will lose fat?? How do you know if you lose fat or muscle? I cant be with a clinique so i need to know what i can do on my own...

I'm only 16 going on 17...and 5ft and 1half inches tall. I want to make use i dont lose muscle..

  • except from looking your physical appearance in front the mirror, prolly u can use weighing or go to your school clinic to check your bmi

if you walk 45-1 hours a day, u will definitely lose fats but not much muscle (considering you are contracting your muscles)

its hard to remove your muscles than your fats tho ;) while walking your said hours, eat hi protein to promote your tissue building

  • I am currently trying to lose the excess weight I gained during the holidays. I've been exercising but the diet is actually a little harder to stick to.

  • Comment removed

  • i like the log analogy.

  • i will loose the excess fats, i will have muscles to get rid of that fats. ofcourse, i will LOOSE WEIGHT!! yeyy! damn.gonna do this!wait. im hungry. haha wAAAAAAAAAh.needing a workout trainer.

  • "I go to the gym...well...sometimes." LOL that is so funny.

You are so right. Accountablity, even if it is just to yourself, is definately one of the keys to success. But even more so is your mentality. You have to be willing to accept responsibility for your actions, not get to depressed when you don't loose or when you gain, & decide to do better the next week. I've never been good at the mentality part of it in the past until this year & now I've lost over 40 lbs.

  • Now when someone says diets don't work. It's like diets don't work Weight Watchers does. I like your green screen and I liked your metabolism story and adding fuel to the fire, logs and candles oxymorons.

  • A diet is what you eat, so I am on a diet.

  • I'm talking about weight loss diets.

  • I lost twenty pounds by using Spiruteen, a healthy good tasting drink with vitamins, that has spirulina. It was more about exercise, and I just walked. I'm not too good at doing a regular gym routine so I walked, and worked out at home. This weight was from menopause.

  • U serious? u lost 20 pounds from walking? i gotta try doing that, but a healthy diet is more important

  • I do have a healthy way of eating. I start my morning with a Fruit Spiruteen Shake, and have small meals thru the day about 5. Then at night, I eat a light snack of fruit or yogurt and I sleep better like that too. By walking even three times a week, for even 20 minutes, you can stretch all your muscles at the same time. I also do massage, and I see alot of people who do not exercise or even walk, and they have the most muscle problems as well.

  • i just need to lose 20 pounds

really, i don't care what it is, I'll do it

    I've tried a lot.

  • lol its b33n 10 months have u lsot ur twenty?????

  • I have so many questions to ask you, but I'll wait until I can put together a specific letter. In short. I retired from the USAF weighing 130# at 6'1". I now weigh 260#, age 63. I take about 30 pills /day from the VA for PTSD, minears, depression. I'm starting to work outside more docs say no lawn mowers because I loose my balance too often and have pulled the mower toward myself when falling backward. I take B6 for nerve damage, fish oil. VA says don't take organics etc because of ...etc

  • Radia is my new "Stop the Insanity" girl...by the way, whatever happened to Susan Powder after she attacked the weight loss industry?

  • Susan Powter is still doing what she does you can visit susanpowter . com to find out if interested.

  • Nice greenscreen

  • NO diet program that I know of does this for free, happy to support you through your weight loss. These 'programs' cost a lot of money and if you have a lot to lose it adds up to a 'hell of a lot of money'.It's all about money, profit and making a living off the fat of the land. Most people are not rich,it's great if you are.I'm not. They are a Multi million dollar business.

  • Most things in america are designed for profit. I wish there was a commonly available resource for everyone to achieve whatever goals. Something like the big brother and big sister system, but for adults with similar interests.

  • A friend of mine went on the GI-diet and she lost like 20 pounds, and she only gained about 6 pounds again when she stopped the diet. She became slim like hell. Just wanted to tell everyone that, who thought that GI didn't work!

    XOXO, have a good day

  • i dont think yo yo diets are not that bad. Some people can do the liquid diets for a while, drop 10-30 pounds and cleanse their body. Not always do this people put back on the weight, it's just about how you are eating after that

  • "Radhia" as a name intrigued me so I looked it up; it is Arabic and means "Well Satisfied"(I am sure you already knew that!)

I lost 20 pounds over a year period and it is still off. I did not intend to loose weight but I did intend to better my health and well-being. I lost the weight due to better nutrition some of the advice I gained here. Maximum whole, live, organic foods and minimal processed crap like most Americans eat. Thank you!

  • I think it's cute that you green screen everything and then state that you are somewhere else besides in front of that green screen....quite an imagination you have.

  • I would like to point out that the word DIET has been altered over the years to mean that you subtract something or are restricting foods and nothing more. While a diet is ANY food you eat its still good to know that going on a "DIET" doesn't just mean restrictions. I wish people thought of a diet as more of a meal to meal philosophy. What should I eat at dinner to get the iron I missed at lunch? OR what should breakfast be to get my energy levels a boost until my mid-morning snack?

  • Im not so certain that I agree with all of this as I am living proof that it can be done without a trainer or clinical assistance? Diets fail because they are temporary weight loss measures, only a lifestyle/habit change will make the difference. Just think about it...thats all it takes:)--i agree ANYONE can do it

  • i think the thing people dont understand is that weight loss is very gradual, sure you can just stop eating and ur weight will go down, but it will come back really fast and you cant keep it off, the only way to do it is by changing your lifestyle. :)

  • i also agree that it is not easy to change habits. It is almost like anything else in life, once you see it for what it is and it is identified that still doesn't make it go away--but at that point you have the knowledge, execution is the battle. Once you have executed and see and feel results its not as easy to claim no control:)

  • Thanks, Radhia, good info:-)

  • thank you. you are a life saver. I have learded so much.

  • Rather than eating large meals, chop up your eating into smaller portions throughout the day. This way you keep yourself from feeling hungry while still eating less in total. When you're at the grocery store, spend some extra time reading the labels and nutritional information. You'll end up changing your shopping habits along the way. You'd be surprised to see how widely the calorie counts varies from one brand to another.

  • If you start doing a "diet," then you're going to gain all the weight back (and probably more) within a few months of losing it. Diets do not work. Diets are temporary. Small changes have a major impact on weight loss because they're compounded over time. Anyone can do it, I mean ANYONE.

  • I like your new haircut very much :)

  • Thanks!
