What if the iLoks Light is green, it shows up in the SystemProfiler (Mac OSX 10.6.8) so it's not broken for shure, but it doesn't show up as a found iLok on my iLok account?
1. I am absolutely shure that i have installed iLok driver and client correctly.
2. It's not a problem of the USB-Slot, because if tested them all and it's not a problem of my computer either because i've tested on an other computer also.
If anybody could give me a little help it would be great!
@cypherus14 you get your redeem code from the company that you bought your product. In a way , the redeem code is like the serial number. In this case, if you did not get it when you did your purchase, you should contact Slate Digital support.
is it on the Product registration information card??
