  • i got a kick out of ur description..it was late , it was dark... tired.......isnt that just the typical singing mood.............all those things happen and boom...thats when emotions start running high! sounded wonderful!

  • Man, I miss listening to you sing!

  • love it. you are so good. thank you

  • best version I ever heard

  • Wow, great job. Has a completely new and original sound. Great job.

  • really like ur version! especially the chorus. feel free to check out mine ;p

  • Second stop on my tonight booradleysstuntman's clip tour. I'm not familiar with Oasis, but i like what you're doing. And seems you have a bunch of fans around ! Cool ! Let's continu !

  • Dude seriously. I wanna CD damnit.

  • what a voice... I loved your version.

  • most soulful version. WHOA.

  • Jeez Boo, you rock mate!

    Awesome job. Love your style.

If I ever get to your neck of the woods we are going to Jam!

  • You really make it your own. Awesome interpretation - very entertaining. =)

  • You ARE going to keep doing this, right?

  • very refreshing interpretation of the song, good job

  • Hey Waterloo Girl. i'm originally from the London, Ontario area, so know your neck of the woods like the back of my knee. Thanks for stopping in & commenting. i admire your motivation to get your music down on disc, Shelley. Have you got that band together yet? Hope the 'bathroom sessions' eventually evolve into gigs for you :)

    Shine On!

  • Dude, if I was a dog, I'd totally be humping your leg right now.

  • i can't tell you how grateful my pantleg is that you're not, Keith...i say while 'actually' laughing out loud here (none of this highly suspect 'lol' shit) at your delightfully disturbing comment. Guess i should've proofread my 6th grade magic genie submission to become a Rock 'God' one day, before officially wishing for it. Oh, how those magic genies of ours must all get together and share a good chuckle at our expense, during their coffe break.

  • Yeah, those damn genie typos. Probably explains why I have so many sox.

  • it's okay. i have wonderwall moments, too. :)

  • Hey, Amy. i've been seeing your username around Danielhasssixtringsville and Acapellajohntown for months, but don't believe we've actually ever officially bumped into one another until now. Thanks for stopping by & commenting! :)

  • yes, i'm dan's sister-in-law, and i found you and acapellajohn through his youtube. and you're welcome. i always enjoy reading your comments and your videos are great. :)

  • Wonder wall, excellent. I love your version. Man what a treat it was to find out you've gathered the courage to do this. True talent my friend.

  • Like you mentioned in a past PM, concerning your debut vlog, once you get past the opening night jitters, it gets easier to hit that upload button. i found going back to check out your & other Tubers' maiden vloggages helped give my own boat a much-needed windy kick in the stern.

    Thanks, Amy :)

  • Jump, just like jumping in the deep end instead of putting each toe at a time. I'm glad you got the nerve! It has been well worth the wait!

  • your talent is nearly trumped by your talent. very nice. i feel that liam would approve.. or at least drunkenly nod or something.

  • Just as long as he doesn't choose to show his hypothetical approval by Oasically vomiting anywhere. Because, hypothetically-speaking, i'm not cleaning it up. :P

i'll take the more or less soberer approval of a fellow YouTubian musician over that anyday. Thanks, Evan.

  • For the record, I meant to say that you're talent is nearly trumped by your wit. There we go... making sense. Making sense like a sober person does!

  • i think my, at the time, probably soberperson-impersonating self almost thought he knew what you meant the first time, Evan. Though both he and i still appreciate the clarification as much as the next couple of semi-sober guys ;)

  • i love it.

no shame in having a wonderwall moment.

dude, you totally made the song your own. very nice. seriously. -regine

  • 'Let the mood dictate the melody', that's my motto. Well...'motto' is maybe stretching it a bit. s'not like i've got a little framed picture of it done in needlepoint, hanging over my spinning wheel or anything. Come to think of it, i don't believe i've ever actually said this, even once, either out loud or to myself, before now...tho Zep's Dazed & Confused just popped into my head, so it must be true.

    Thanks, Regine :)

  • the shine, oh, the shine...

  • huh. You're one to talk, Ms. Pot :)

  • really cool vibe going on here mate and i really dig it loved the bluesy vocals sounded superb

    -Clint

  • As Geoff Muldaur once sang, i had the Sleepy Man Blues. Mere moments away from crashlanding, here. i just tried not to hit too many things on the way down, aiming for an open field, if possible.

Thanks, Clint. i appreciate your visit & comment, mate.

  • Hi Boo, thanks for this song! I enjoy listening to your music, you make the songs yours with much respect. You turned this song blue, the end of this song made me think of some Buddy Guy's jam. It's a really great cover.

  • i think the blue is just baked right into my crust, Louise. As much as i've tried strolling merrily down Penny Lane, i always seem to eventually gravitate towards The Dark End Of The Street. Feels more like home.

Thanks for visiting again, L. Hope to hear more from you soon!

  • Yes! You gave a smile at one moment!! Yes! :-)

Your final impro/jam (yeheeee + guitar-you see which one?)was excellent. It could have continued like that infinitely and if we were there with you, everybody would have added a couple of their own notes/knee clappings etc :-))

    Very intimate recordings Boo. Thanks!

  • Thanks VB. Now if only we had the (perhaps not too far off) technology to make those spontaneous harmonies, claps & knee slappings, intimately interactive. That would *really* shake my tambourine! Though jamming along in the shadows works too, albeit in a 'tree falling in an abandoned forest' kind of way. Whatever helps to keep the Shine wheel turning.

    mirth happens. ;)

  • nah.. I'm not going to write the first comment again, I'll wait for someone else instead...

    :-)

  • Hey, Pascal, whether you're the first to arrive, or just getting here when the bottle's almost empty & the fire pretty near out, you're always welcome to pull up a stump and warm your feet. Thump some drum. Strum some strings. No jacket required. Unless it's really cold, in which case it might be a pretty good idea.

My Nighthawk Diner's open 24 hours (just not all in a row) ;)
