I watched the full version of this that aired just a hours ago. I noticed when she sang her high notes are not that long compared to the actual Mine music video. Also you can hear her taking a breath always more than usual esp. near the end of the song.

people, this is not lip-syncing or playback. the arrangement is different from the studio version. yes, this is pre-recorded and according to the people in attendance, this is exactly what taylor sounded when they're there. so suck it =P

I dnt think she was lip synching at all. Firstly, taylor never does that and also if you really listen to that brief performance, you can tell it sounds different from the studio version. Both the music and her vocals are live.

@Ltube1122 sounds live, could just be the way it was edited here that makes it look weird. If you actually go to a concert and see her live she sounds great. You also got to remember she has members from her band with background vocals as well. From the first ad I was worried it was lip syncing too, but after a few viewings and now this extended ad, I don't think so. She doesn't do that, and she loves performing so I don't see why you would. I lose respect for anyone who lip syncs.

@320991987 With all due respect, this was at the CMAs, a long time ago. The 13 hour autograph signing was back in June or July. Since its only airing now, this was most definitely prerecorded.

I've been to her concerts and she did perform very well. Now that I realize this was prerecorded, I agree with you, I don't think she lip-synced. Yes, Taylor will improve with age, but such a drastic improvement can't happen in this time span. (Do you remember her Grammy performance?)

I've yet to hear the entire song! I've only heard like 30 seconds of it. I'm waiting until it becomes available on music streaming sites/the music video is released because most of the versions uploaded onto you tube are low quality. Sounds good though! =P
