Yeh they album was re-recorded with tre in it. The original with the old drummer was called 39 smooth and the one with tre is called 1039/smoothed out slapy hours

They didn't rerecord those songs. The songs you hear on 1039/smoothed out slappy hours are just all compiled from their EP's slappy, 1000 hours, and 39 smooth. John is drumming on these tracks, not tre.
