This was cute and I checked it out a lot because I thought I wanted it but I ended up getting the Sidekick LX instead. Now I have a Blackberry Bold 9700.
I've had this phone for about 2 and a half years and it still works. I love it and it's still in good condition. I got it on ebay USED and it's working for me. I guess I'm just really over protective with it.

okay so, i got this phone once, instantly the keys started to stick, then it wouldn't turn on period, got a new one because at+t wont give you a different kinda, got another one, now the touch screen doesn't work, if you try to get it to work, the phone will turn off, now i have to go and get ANOTHER one, because i have no money for everything else. you buy this phone, get ready for about 1 month of awesomeness, then its complete shit
@omgposthardcore They used to replace it with either a Sony Ericcson (not sure which model), a Samsung Propel, or a Pantech Matrix. I loved it though, but I got it replaced with a Samsung Propel... Which broke about 7 times, then AT&T sent me an LG Xenon to replace that and I've had about 4 of them. If you'd be willing to trade Via mail or something lemme know, I've got a bunch of phones and whatnot
My quickfire wont stay charged for more than 4 hours, even when i'm not using it. I've tried 3 different batteries..nothing changed, so it has to be the phone. I gave up, and put my sim back in my old phone. I know the battery life has bad reviews, but going dead in 4 hours is ridiculous. Can anyone help?

Absolutly hate this phone! The touch screen is very hard to get to actualy push and for it to load to do it. The keys are way to tiny when you are txting. The phone turns itself off all of the time, which sucks for sure! I have had to send this phone in about four times for the SAME thing everytime. I really don't suggest this phone to anyone.

I know me too! Its horrible. I go to messages and it clicks settings. I try to go back and it clicks something else. Its getting slower and slower everyday! Lately while messaging my phone loads slow. So it takes a minute for the whole thing to type out what I want.

I like the way the phone looks. But people say it is really bad. Im not sure if i should just get this phone for refurb for 19.99 and if it breaks exchange it for the 19.99 samsung impression. missemo1000, i have this phone and i have had it since last summer. I haven't had any of those problems... you are emo and might have got mad or something and chucked it at the wall once or twice and that may be your problem.
I received this phone last Christmas. Loved it! Over time I've noticed some flaws. Like the video stated, you may have to touch the screen 2-3 times for it to work.
There is some lag when moving through the menus especially when trying to leave my buddies comments on facebook. I can type out an entire sentence and have to wait 5 seconds for it to appear But hey, texting (not in the browser) with the querty keypad goes pretty smoothly.
The speaker phone could be a hell of a lot better too.
it wont hang up, you answer calls while the phone is closed and you can talk while your charging it. i do it all the time. but the phone has serious touch screen problems and freezes alot.
I got this phone in November of 2008 and it was wonderful! Until... June... this phone ended up having a lot of problems and i actually got a new quickfire from the att warranty place, and that phone had even worse problems... I am now getting a new and DIFFERENT phone. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone and its already discontinued so you can't buy one anyway!

i think that the quickfire is fantasic! i got it yesterday and its wonderful! it has a touchscreen thats not touchy-touchy, which is a very good thing. the full keyboard is a-mazing and easy to use! i got it online for FREE!!! i recomand it!

this phone sucks. at least mine does. i push a button on the touch screen part and it selects something else that i didn't even push and the phone freezes all the time >:[

i have heard so many different things on this phone... some people say that they have no problems with the touch screen, others say that its the worst... i have watched a few videos and only 1 has had trouble with the touch, but i think they just didnt know what they were doing... please give me YOUR review on the phone.. greatly appriciated :D

I like the way the phone looks. But people say it is really bad. Im not sure if i should just get this phone for refurb for 19.99 and if it breaks exchange it for the 19.99 samsung impression. In the comments on the AT&T website people say that they have done that. If some people could send me their feedback on the phone that would be cool. I just need a second opinion.

DO NOT GET THIS PHONE! i have it and know i have to use a diff fone cuz this one THE TOUCH SCREEN STOPPED WORKING AND THE TEXTING IS SUPER SLOW. AND THE KEYS ON THE KEYBOARD STICK IN!!!

missemo1000, i have this phone and i have had it since last summer. I haven't had any of those problems... you are emo and might have got mad or something and chucked it at the wall once or twice and that may be your problem.

I received this phone last Christmas. Loved it! Over time I've noticed some flaws. Like the video stated, you may have to touch the screen 2-3 times for it to work.
There is some lag when moving through the menus especially when trying to leave my buddies comments on facebook. I can type out an entire sentence and have to wait 5 seconds for it to appear But hey, texting (not in the browser) with the querty keypad goes pretty smoothly.
The speaker phone could be a hell of a lot better too.

it wont hang up, you answer calls while the phone is closed and you can talk while your charging it. i do it all the time. but the phone has serious touch screen problems and freezes alot.

i have to get a new phone, this one just deleted EVERYTHING, it may just be MY phone, but it still happened. i wouldnt recommend this phone.

I got this phone in November of 2008 and it was wonderful! Until... June... this phone ended up having a lot of problems and i actually got a new quickfire from the att warranty place, and that phone had even worse problems... I am now getting a new and DIFFERENT phone. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone and its already discontinued so you can't buy one anyway!

i think that the quickfire is fantasic! i got it yesterday and its wonderful! it has a touchscreen thats not touchy-touchy, which is a very good thing. the full keyboard is a-mazing and easy to use! i got it online for FREE!!! i recomand it!

this is the worst ever guys......... its fat and plastic... i have it. the first day u get it u will love it.. but when u have it for a week , month? u will hate it,, it starts to freeze on u... when u try to click something it wont load it. u have to punch the screen to work... no lie.. so please people dont waste your money
