you also do not get 10 mk22 bullets per clip in extreme mode. at like 1:45 snake gets engulfed in bees then picks up 10 mk22 rounds...fail.

@BlackHawx290 Hey! You mean the box thing on the rock where the pain stand?

Well before you enter the cave there should be a ledge near the wall, you just follow the ledge and you will reach a rock then you do the rolling thing to get to the stone :)

this is not even a extreme mode! In extreme mode you only have a few ammo to use and you're not even mostly dodging the hornets! and the damage that you've taken from pain is so little! THIS IS EASY MODE!!
