I am 33, I have CF, and I am hugely affected by this video. Scott, you're such a blessing! I cried tears of joy and hope after reading about you in Steinburg's "You Are An Ironman." I just had to see. You have no idea how much this has changed my perspective :) God bless, and please don't stop :)

Yeah- BTW I'm not(nor is znazn13 I'm sure) mocking his ability, its only how it looks visually. Maybe I went a bit far, but its no different than pointing out the sounds made by professional powerlifters or mauy thai fighters(both of whom swear breath is absolutely important to their sport, and I'm sure this running style has something to do with proper running or being tired).

hello everyone, i think i have CF, i am 21 and when ever i exercise my chest hurts and feels tight and i cough up alot of thick mucus, the asthma pump i was given doesnt help at all, does any of this sound like CF to you guys,

also scott you are a great role model, keep up the good work.

You probably wouldn't have lived this long if your weren't taking a ton of enzymes to help you digest your food, you might have a strong case of asthma or something else. Exercise induced asthma is very common too

Im not a doctor by any means...but, I had something similar when i was in high school, every time I would go out to exercise same thing mucas and my chest hurt.

I had to stop and let it pass before I could go on...it was frustrating, It passed in a few months and never came back...to this day I have no idea what that was about , but I suggest you go to a good doctor to find out, and get a couple of opinoins too. good luck and I hope you get through it.

I knew Scott growing up because he worked with my dad. I also have CF and he is basically my hero in life. I'm fairly healthy at 17 like he was and I'm constantly praying for a cure, and I thank people like Scott who are actively out working to raise money for a cure that will hopefully come soon
