I say SoTN, RoB, AoS DoS and 3 are the best, followed by this one. All the Castlevania 1 remakes are good, but are a poor trade because once you're through, you're thorugh... and they are always so short.

I've never said they were bad, I said they were a poor trade unless you want to play them over and over and over, because every playthrough was about an hour, two or three if you really couldn't handle the monstrous difficulty. So instead of buying it, you could potentially rent the cartridge (or disk, in Chronicle's case) over and over whenever you want to play.

Every time I hear Leon, I always think of Leon Kennedy from the Resident Evil series. I don't know why. This game reminds me of Onimusha too. It has the same "kill the enemies and gather power" system, the BG music, etc. There are a lot of similarities.
