  • excellent cardio workout there. Tabata style is really underated.

  • anyone who has actually tried this would know that if you are working as hard as you can there will be some slight form breaks towards the end of the interval. that being said, there's not much to complain about here.

  • Proper form really suffers at the end. Good excercise!
