This is not a cute video, it's an horrific video of a kitten struggling to get off its back and the person recording it doesn't help at all and just sits there a watches the frustrated kitten struggle for two and a half minutes. The poor kitten.

@Rainielovealways Yes, the kitten was licking itself. And on several occasions it struggled to get up onto its paws and was unsuccessful. Cats do not put themselves onto their backs between a cushion and arm of a sofa so that they cannot right themselves. And if that happened accidentally, a person nearby would help the kitten, since it's an unnatural and uncomfortable situation. A compassionate person would. Perhaps you've never struggled before, so you don't recognize it when you see it.

This kitten is too young to be away from its mother, and anyone who's been around kittens this young much knows that a lot of the behavior is a desperate attempt to suckle when there's no mother around. "Aw, how cute! This kitten is struggling to find it's mother. And there at the end it's tired itself out because it's so hungry! Isn't it adorable?" I hate it when idiots post vids of animals. Heck, I hate it when idiots HAVE animals....

@PatriciaK55 I agree it needs it's mother but the description doesn't say it's been taken away from it's mum yet. Our cat had kittens before and used to go for walks and come back to the kittens to feed them later. The mother doesn't stay with them 100% of the time.
