  • Don't worry. Those that dislike are lost!!!

  • @MetalArcane and another BA$TARD JOIN THEM

  • The 3 persons that disliked this video are BASTARDS

  • @MetalArcane: yes, i agree wid u. i think they don't know how to care for their parents when they grow old. they don't know how to appreciate them for what they given to them.

  • @MetalArcane LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @MetalArcane they probably didnt finish watching it. cause who can dislike this? :S

  • The Lord gave us an amazing human nature...we evolved to use it negatively bit videos like this remind us to do peace. We cab be peaceful in the simplest ways like caring for our parents.

Our parents are wise, and so we honour them.

Luke Steele brought me here. He has a pretty amazing story himself.

  • Our security in the Lord will allow us to love unselfishly. Our time on this Earth is too short to be selfish. The opposite of LOVE is Indifference! ( not HATE ) feel free to share;)

    " Love is Unselfish! "

  • this surely made me cry... How enduring and unfailing our parents' love is to us.

  • awwww! this video made me cry!

  • i need a TOWEL to wipe my tears.. X(

  • I have worked with the elderly for 30 years. In general most grown American children I have found are not as involved as Europeans,Asian & Middle Easterner's with their older parents. GOD sees it as our responsibility to care for our elderly, I pray we are obedient to that directive.

  • yaampun sedih abis nontonnya :(

  • @mshisha007

so, if the koran didnt say that, you treated your parents like shit? a person must treat his parents always good, it has to come from inside you, not because a book says it.

  • Quran, Chapter 17 (Israa) verses 23-24

(17:23) Your Lord has decreed:25 (i) Do not worship any but Him;26 (ii) Be good to your parents; and should both or any one of them attain old age with you, do not say to them even "fie" neither chide them, but speak to them with respect,

(17:24) and be humble and tender to them and say: "Lord, show mercy to them as they nurtured me when I was small."

  • i´m calling my dad.......

  • this is a very moving movie ,it made me shed a tear

  • Amazing!

  • I can not stop crying. This really hurts. I love my dad for ever. He is the best in the whole world. May Allah protect him for anything and be with him all the time.

  • This .... Is a top video thank you :-)

  • very very touching!!!

  • Dedicated to all fathers.......

  • kids will never understand their parents till they become parents themselves.

  • i suppos to open my u tube acct..and type FATHER and SOn song when dis video unintentionally appear..i was forced to watch 8..meaningful..i remember my father who los 10 yrs. ago.....thanks brother...to tell u I NEVER HUG my father since then..if i, that was in my early yrs..i realy miss it.......

  • not saying son should pay no respect for dad. but this also tells us dont do the same stuff when ur in different age. it's like if ur a boy, u can go into a female bathroom when ur 2 yrs old and get allowed in. but its not the same when ur 32 yrs or 62 old!

  • Just remember one thing...NOBODY loves you more then your parents.

  • People don't understand how much your parents have done for you. Put yourself in your parents shoes, when you have kids and you raise them all the way up until they are 18...and they start cussing you out because you won't let them make the wrong choices going to parties, drugs and drinking.

  • Τι να πώ;...Είχα καιρό να δώ κάτι τόσο ωραίο και τρυφερό....Μπράβο, μπράβο και πάλι μπράβο!!

  • I can't believe it takes something like this with a fake sparrow to make you love your parents/mother/father etc...

  • I cry when I think about my father..I wish I loved and huged him more;it is never too much when it comes to love...now my father is gone and it is too late!

  • Oki I'm so sorry to mad on you yesterday!!!

  • So beautiful.

  • I don't know how to described my emotional , but i know one thing that this is a great video !

  • this really moved my heart. i know how it feels like to be a father coz am one and i thank God for that

  • 7.i am so moved and inspired by the video and by the heartfelt comments left above. i do not know many people who have islamic culture and beliefs, and reading these loving words reminds me of our common humanity and i feel connected. thank you for posting this, and thank you for sharing these words.

  • the anger. the pain. but at the end, you do what love tells you, what love helps you to do. you do everything you can and more to make your loved one as comfortable as you can. you try all the time to eaze the load for them. because AD is ....so cruel. so you do what ever you can.

and it takes more strenght than you ever have had.

    and it is so little

  • people with AD get scared, they get angry....

we too, watching our loved ones that lost, get very scared and very angry. and we, sometimes, take it out on them, as if being sick is their fault.

my mother died of alzheimers. all this is familiar.

  • Great film ...

    I weep hard inside ...

I wanna call my parents ...

    I wanna meet them ...

  • teleio

  • wow

  • That was amazing...

incredible how a short film can have such a huge impact on a person...

    wow. Great message.

  • My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's today. I've known in my heart for some time but hearing it was difficult.

Every time I think I will break when she asks the same question or tells the same story for the 100th time, I remember this video.

    Thank you....

  • GENIAL

  • We do forget that one day we are gonna be old too! and our chiildren will treat us like this :(

  • very touching. sometimes we forget and get annoyed with our parent or parents when they ask over and over the same thing. We can all see allittle of ourselves in this video. and it makes you stop and think and show compasion and understanding to someone we love.

  • I'm crying :(

  • Great reminder...<3

  • wow am crying :')

  • wow beautiful!.......

  • I cry ... very amazing !!

  • Beautiful.

    Absolutely Beautiful.

  • A must see for anyone with children, and anyone with parents...

What a simple, yet very moving, message.

  • what is the name of the last music?

  • Simply superb , i have no words to describe

  • im still crying :(((

    So good.

  • amazing

  • We have so much to learn... to understand... to share... ... ... to give.

  • I watched this clip 9 times already and it makes me cry every single time.

  • *TEARS* very touching.

  • @22itsnotyouitsme22 : Yes, it is very touching. You're not the only one crying.... :)

  • why everybody steals this greek video? at least mention the original one!

  • this is a video that really makes you think about your life, how you might've have mistreated your parents by backtalking or disobeying....when they are the ones who cared for us no matter what. they never yelled at us whenever we were curious and repetitively asked the same question. All I know is....I have a lot of making up to my parents for the years passed.

  • wow its so short yet its good and sad wow cool :3

  • i miss my dad. :(

  • i miss you father and mom...really miss you..

  • very touching

  • :'( kalooy sad sa papa :((

  • excellent little film.

  • Wow! That was amazing! Very impressive. Almost brought a tear to my eye at the end. The Sparrow CGI kinda sucked, but other than that, the video was amazing!

  • nothing's greater then the love of a parent to their child...

  • That's something to think about for all of us.

  • My dad sent this to me today and it made me cry. Its been hard to connect emotionally with him and we have been distant for a while but I am going to try and make amends to that

  • as a video producer myself I say "WOW' nicely done

  • "That which hath wings shall tell of the matter"

  • touching video

  • wow. its nice.

  • thats not the point of the video dude =.=

  • LoL~

  • hmmm

  • Great video. I am sending this to my all my friends.

  • a 1 minute intro and a 1&1/2 minute outro for a 5&1/2 minute clip, awesome.

  • very much predictable... but nicely made.

My Lord! Bestow on them Your Mercy as they did bring me up when I was young."

Can anyone tell me when the boy had questions in his mind and he found no one to answer them. What that boy should do

  • wonderful vid

bonne travail comme on dit chez nous...

  • thnk God, in Pakistan we have such a beautiful family system full of love and values:)

  • No, it's because people have a quick temper.. and are ignorant.

  • Wow, ya got a wisdom man

wat d hell honor killings have to do with a father's respect:)

  • Pakistan is a BIG society like 180 million ppl. There may b every type of ppl committing every type of crime. Wats ur point???

I feel sorry for you, who ignored the sacrifices n love of hundred million fathers for their daughters and remembered only a few bad examples:)

  • At last ya showed ur poor mentality. Wat a pussy... twat.

  • ahaha

  • i'm sorry but you're talking about early 90's. its all gone now. no respect for parents and elders now in pakistan.

  • I can feel what that guy felt!

We didn't give our dads their rights!

  • 5 stars with no doubts ... seriously i saw alot of horrible things either in the hospital or the army ... but for the first time since soooo long , this video made me cry .... how our parents loved us for no reasons except they love us truly ... and we hate them back for the sake of nothing ...
