or just get salve amulet (e) and go to ankous lowest floor in stronghold security, awesome cash plus 80k exp per hour because the salve gives 20% str and atk boost on undead infinite and without prayer. if you use super set without prayer un get 90k exp per hour. if you use all this with prayer you (piety) you get 100k exp per hour, and if you use turmoil you get 110-120k exp per hour!!! i got from 95-99 str 7m cash down there.

Guys, another great method that brings 150k+ xp per hour in Strength is going to to Monkey Guards in Ape Atoll, bring full Dharok's, about 10 shark, a teleport tab (optional for going back to a city) and about 10 zammy brews. Take the zammies and get to about 200 hp or somewhere around there, then turn protect from melee on and attack the gorillas. You can hit around 600-1000 if you are 80+ strength. There is an altar so you do not need to bring prayers. (See 1:12)

@s0cc3rb0y088 - You fight on whatever attack has the most bonus go to your stats and see if slash, smash, or whatever is the highest bonus and go on that, but it really shouldn't hit that low, try using super attacks too.

@marines16301 he uses the dragon battleaxe spec which raises his strength substantially but lowers attack, thus he is less accurate and hits high less often. So the super attack helps his accuracy.

Tbh I did slayer from 60-85 and now I get like 2 whip drops per day. I was 85 str and got 99 when I was 83 so, I recommend slayer. If you are going to do slayer get a slayer helm and do the slug menace quest for the protestite body an legs. Wear with d boots, rune def or anti d shield, wc skillcape and obv d scimmy. Don't be a froob with the crappy badly new designed Sara sword. Be ownage! Do slayer! ....I should do a vid lol
