if ur download and upload is up tons and u have know idea how it happened then it could be because of btdna.exe so to get rid of it

go to task manager then click on processors and looks got btdna.exe and end it. go to add and remove programs and look for something that should be called something like "dna" and remove it, then, the file should be in program files and under a folder called "dna" and delete the entire thing then emplty the recycle bin. and hopefully this helps u all
