guys your so dumb! skrillex makes hardcore type dubstep and benga makes a whole different type which is chilled out slower type dubstep. they are both amazing but it just depends on the taste of what people like.

@dudejohnny Skrillex hopped on the dubstep bandwagon when it became popular in order to make money. He reuses synths all of the time, and is barley knows what dubstep was based off of. Sub bass and atmosphere. While Skrillex's songs may have atmosphere, there is absolutely no subbass. The reason I dont like him is because he is the cause of all the kiddies running around claiming they know what dubstep is, but aren't able to recognize Haunted when it is played.

Firstly, skrillex is not a dubstep producer and doesn't claim to be. Second, you're making this shit up as you go along because Skrillex and Skream are good friends and Skream will testify on behalf of Skrillex. Why is it a big deal that he reuses synths? Would you shit your pants if a band you liked played two songs on guitar with the same amp settings? Grow up, seriously. According to Skream, Skrillex did to dubstep what he and Benga did to garage. Hate one, hate both.

I dont need to back up my opinions, they are opinions, Sonny hopped on the metal bandwagon when all the kids were into it, and now he is going over to the whole "Dubstep" thing. He may never claim to be dubstep, but everyone thinks he is. He is in it for the money, and as long as people like you will pay 99$ to see him live then he will still keep doing what he wants to.
