Good form but I suggest to find the timing. Meaning, slow down and find the areas to pause ex. Kiai points. This is an opinion from a Goju Ryu canada student.
Thank you for your comment; As a favor could you tell me which times specifically.
*In kata I very rarely kiai, mainly because different styles put them in different places so I don't know where to pause or kiai, etc* Again I thank you for your comment =)
Your last movement prior to the last shiko dachi/ ko (wrist block) uke should be right sanchin dachi chudan uke then left sanchin dachi chudan uke, then step in w/ the left side, perform the throw, then final stance
Thank you I just noticed that after your video response. Right then left, I think I got it. Anything else need work? I'm curious about the move (and its stance) about the move prior to the Open Handed X-block (facing forward). Is that stance supposed to be Shiko-dachi?? And is the move suppose to be like the one in Seienchin *when moving backwards before the backfist strike??
EPIC FAIL! What was that?!

BTW, some dojo do a jump in the beginning and some do one kick or a front kick w/ each leg.
