  • bring back 90s wolverine

  • Man nothing beats the 90s cartoons.

  • lol fynny

  • Wolverine got OWNED by that sparkler. xD

  • Morph has the gayest laugh

  • his claws look rather short lol

  • What about the scene where Wolverine and Gambit make hot, sweet love?

  • before i watched this, i thought immediately "Jubilee dies and Gambit narrowly defeats Wolverine- but Wolverine lives" and then i remembered that this really happened. i thought it'd be fan-made. in an actual battle, i think i was right with what i said before.

  • For those of you who are wondering where Jubilee is now in the comics. She's no longer a mutant after losing her powers in M-Day. But because of The Curse of the Mutants storyline she's been turned into a vampire who's struggling with her powers.

Yep, Jubilee is now a vampire.

  • @LifeFirst That is horrible. She's such a fun character. She never got any respect in the comics :(

  • jubilee is clare redfield and jean grey is jill valentine lol

  • haha that guy morph wiht the creepy laugh dies the next episode

  • 0:23 twisted fate goes for the gold card :D

  • "i shall explain who we are" I shall proclaim storm is a first class DORK!

  • 0:30 DO A BARREL ROLL!!

  • lol I have this episode on VHS from a Pizza Hut promotion. lol

  • oh, THATS jebilee, i thought it was a minecrafter all my classmates knew

    my bad :P

  • " Just say ummkel "

  • I gotta admit theres nothing better than the original. In my opinion i dun rlly like x-men evolution or wolverine and the x-men as much as the originals.

  • @11ghouls me neither. the animated series follow the original plots better and retain the cool comic book charm. The recent live action films take themselves too seriously... somehow, to me, when you make it more "real," it actually becomes LESS believable. the 90's series is my favorite ;p

  • im guessing jubilee was new at the time..... haha

  • This is my favorite cartoon ever, the xmen evolution and all that other crap is shit compared to the 90's version of Xmen....Im watching the whole series on Netflix, brings back memories

  • beast just looks too unnormal, even for a mutant

  • @peprilen Thats the way beast always looked, you must be newer fan

  • @omeganaphtali

Actually, Beast originally looked human for the original 66 issues of X-men and then turned blue in an issue of Avengers, and later reverted back to human in the mid-eighties in X-factor, but eventually turned blue and furry again. At some point in the early 00's between Chris Claremont's X-Treme X-men and Grant Morrison's New X-men Beast became less ape-like in appearance and started to look more like a big blue cat. You must be newer fan.

  • @macquariebank pwnd

  • why was morph never in the intro again?

  • @faustrocket565 He died in the second episode.

  • @Kryonus I see

  • Well at least Gambit sounds Cajun in this, not like in the Wolverine movie....

  • ACE OF SPADES FTW!!!!! :D

  • ...wolverines voice sucks...

  • @SteveSabbai This is the best Wolverine voice from any series.

  • @TwoTimesForYourMind ...he needs to stop smoking! :)

  • Juggernaught wins

  • Wolvie did have some of the best lines back then.

"Had enough, Cajun? Just say 'uncle'!"

"Is the child all right?" "*grumbles* Not for long."

@QUIKKSTAR: That would be cool. Nightwing could do it, too, with help from Access (a character co-owned by DC and Marvel), but he'd have to deal with getting past the "not now and has never been a mutant" aspect. (Storm and Moonstar have led X-teams in the past sans powers, so being powerless isn't a problem for them.)

  • jim carrey should play morph my opinion he looks like the character and has the sense of humor

  • - Is the child alright ?

    Wolverine : Ermm..Not for long.

    :)))

  • JUBILEE FOR MVC3!! I GOT MY WISH!!

  • I wish Nightwing would switch universe's and come join the X-Men haha

  • Why does Gambit have star-of-David on his chest/neck?

  • @heatarms123 thats exactly what I thought I believe it is up-side down,

If im not mistaken it could be an unspide down verison

  • 1:11

  • AND THAT..Is why you should never fuck with wolverine.

  • 0:17 What an ENTRANCE!!!!!

Gambit: "Petitite... This is no place for you"

Wolverine smashes his way on the scene!!

  • does wolverine ever actully slash someone in this cartoon?

  • Cathal J. Dodd is the true definitive, and overall best voice ever of Wolverine, he is to Wolverine just like Peter Cullen is to Optimus Prime and Frank Welker is to Megatron, it's a shame they never brought him back

  • @nobodysperfect06 he sounds like batman

  • yeah they have brought back Kevin Conroy in every other animated depiction of Batman after the 90's Batman series ending, I wonder why they have not brought back Cathal J. Dodd for Wolverine?

  • cajun is french!!

  • this is what i grew up watching, the 80's hairstyles on Storm and the rest of the chicks, wolverine says cocky but yet wicked funny things. this takes ova evolution!!!Evolution is targeted towards 10-20 yr olds. They're all in high school and almost die in the danger room, but when it means xmen saving the world and killing off apocalypse the xmen can do it!! Gambit is French not cajun!!

  • @cherybomb3182 Actually, he is Cajun....

  • @cherybomb3182 Gambit Is From Southern Louisiana, Where Most People There Are Cajun-French, its still french but in an accent, like people in Great Britain have an accent, but Americans Don't, like that.

  • @NebbyloVesliisa LOL wow. I'm from VERY south louisiana and yea they do have a FEW cajun-french people but we tend to get stereotyped a lotbecause of tv and movies that don't know shit about here. But its all good, gambit is a badass lol

  • @gildrop I'm From Southern Louisiana too, and Guess who's Cajun? ;)

  • @gildrop I'm from Lafayette, and there are PLENTY of people with cajun accents.

  • Jubilee is such a pussy.

  • man i miss this..

  • Is Gambit A Cajun

  • @RedZHunter yes lol.

  • @gaarasuri Haha. Southern French fool

  • Wow, people relax.. Firstly, before insulting me again, please allow me to explain myself and please excuse my terrible and idiotic comment

That was before watching the series, and I was just new in the world of XMen animes. I had just done watching Evolution, which I loved, but it was too different from this one.

But I had no idea about it. And this was the 1st video I saw from the REAL X-men animated series, as I hadn't started watching it from the start. I owe you all a HUGE apology, sorry.

  • I prefer the X-Men from X-Men Evolution, better hairstyles

  • oh and btw, give KnightKostas a thumps down for his dumbass immature comment. XP

  • @NallCalmer i think you mean thumbs* xDDD

  • @KnightKostas Haha, you must be 12 years old.

  • @KnightKostas Go fuck youself you 12 year old shit.....

  • @KnightKostas What a dumbass. Without this show no one would have had some sort of imagination for new shows.

  • @KnightKostas this was some of the BEST cartoons around, u take one look at this then evolution u go "WTF" since half the chars in evolution are teenagers, and here their all adults, compare every cartoon from the 70's, 80's 90's to the after 2000 version, aka Transformers, TMNT, x-men, all of them are still going, and there are CRAPPY ass versions of the serieses, u look at the origonals then new ones, u can laugh at the old ones, with the action in them, the new ones are TOO SERIOUS!!!! phew.

  • @KnightKostas lol i take it that you wasnt born in that era. this was some of the shows that started it all. and the saturday morning cartoons that you'd see when you get up in the morning while you eat your bowl of cereal (maybe spilled some on your lap for all i care) was all b/c of cartoons such as this classic. show some respect for the originals

  • @KnightKostas What the hell are you talkin about kid? You must have had THE GAYEST childhood ever to not pay respects to this masterpiece.I take it you didn't grow up in the era of real music and TV 1990-2004

  • this is the only X-Men i can actualy enjoy... aside from the original comics

  • @weewoozesty

amen. today's series and movies are crap : /

  • Morph was the man

  • if they had used this cartoons theme song 4 the movies i would have cried with sheer joy. best theme song ever

  • @arthisuther And use Storm's speeches O_O She speaks like a true Godness O_O to me. I sumon (with the tremor in her voice) The full force of nature. :D I orgasm just thinking of what it would be in theaters xD hahaha but not Hally Berry's voice nah.. it don't fit. I mean yeah her look fits, everything. but they will need to give the old Storm's voice. but what ever who stick to the old stuff now ? everyone one change everything

  • Episode one! Fuck ya

  • "Don't worry petite. You just hurt Wolverine's pride, that's all." I'd run and hide if I had hurt Wolverine's pride!

  • @OCARINAofTlME

    I wouldn't, Logan's just a big soft...he's right behind me isn't he...

  • @OCARINAofTlME Yep, he is... *runs* XD

  • Ahh these guys were the first class of x-men to me i don't give a shit what that film says

  • this was the shit i remember the Fancy ass ship theyd land with

  • including living objects. Gambit could also manipulate the potency of the energy release and could even exercise a measure of control over time. With access to his full power, Gambit is able to manipulate the potency of his bio-kinetic energy to burn, cause molecular discomfort, incinerate and create timed detonations. Gambit is also able to heal himself by stimulating his cellular activity

  • his abilities to their full potential. He uses his powers to return to present-day by transforming himself into living energy, which joins with the kinetic flow of the time stream. After the surgery performed by Mister Sinister, Gambit's powers were restored to their natural potential. He was able to use his power simply by looking at an object that he wished to charge,

  • Gambit also possesses a hypnotic charm that allows him to exert a subtle influence over any sentient mind. This power allows Gambit to compel others to believe what he says and agree with anything he suggests. However, powerful minds have proven immune to Gambit's charm.

  • Gambit's ability to tap into energy also grants him superhuman agility and dexterity, as well as creating a static interference that shields his mind from detection and intrusion by even the most powerful telepaths.

  • Remy can also corrupt other individuals through direct skin contact or use of his cards. Those corrupted take on the same black skin, white hair and red eyes as his Death Persona

  • While in this form again he has been able to sense a telepath that was erasing his presence. He has also shown to still be able to charge his cards, though when hitting someone the person's skin turns black (seemingly associated with severe pain), and they disintegrate or possibly get sucked into the card (seeing as the card is still present, still charged, and smoking with energy). Gambit has shown to be able to transform back into his regular form.

  • As the Horseman Death, Gambit demonstrates the ability to convert inert materials into toxic substances (such as transforming breathable air into poisonous gases) and has the potential to ingest diseases and plagues. He could control deadly gases as well. Gambit seems to be somehow suppressing the Horsemen in his mind. If the Horsemen is psychically tempered with, it seems that Gambit can again transform into him causing his appearance to once again change.

  • @GoldenShadowEye

    thanks for the essay.

  • @rencrow

no prob jus here to tell peepz how krazy gambitz powerz are

  • Not for long lolololol

  • HAHAHAHA

  • just noticed gambit has an upside down star on his outfit - satan

  • Wolverine's double flip at :50 made me laugh so hard.

  • Storm is a pedophile???

"Come with me, child. I will show you the secrets of my bed."

  • @PS3MrWhite

    lmao, we can only dream...

  • I wish I could laugh like Morph can.

  • 68 ppl must have been born in the 2000's

  • @OurLordAnubis its more than 68,and im not born in the 2000`s,i was born in the 90`s,lol

  • I miss old times!

  • Original voices are always the best

  • Man this show was amazing.

  • I love how Wolverine flies off screen. Then, "BONG".

  • hehahahahehehehahhahahahaha

  • i was 5 years old when this was aired on TV.

    Feels nostalgic <3

  • they Are really creative They call a Danger room "the Danger Room" ..0.0

  • @parks2000

not alot of difference in metals and no ive never cared to get to know wolverine or his attributes and you say all wolverine has to do is get "close" to gambit and stab him he doesnt have that pack of cards for decoration and whats to say gambit couldnt just grab wolverines claws before he stabs and charge it and blow him to bits

  • @reillyblair81 because grabbing razor sharp claws with your bare hands to charge them will probably result in the loss of his hands would be what comes to my mind. having said that, i like gambit and he has beaten wolverine. and wolverine has beaten gambit. just depends on who woke up that day feeling more froggy i suppose. or more likely who's writing the fight and who's their favorite at the time.

  • I Don't See Why Gambit Didn't Just Charge Up Wolverine And Blow His Butt Up!!! XD

  • EPIC cartoon series.. one of my favorites..

Street Fighter (US Cartoon) is the worst for me.. :))

  • This scene is from the first episode of the 1990's X-Men cartoon called Night Of The Sentinels.

I own volume 1 through 12 on VHS.

The VHS copies of the 1990's X-Men cartoon are numbered. Sadly I only have 1 through 12 and I'm missing the ones that come after volume 12. I have had them since I was a kid. BTW I actually bought them at K-Mart when the store was in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada when K-Mart was still here.

  • Are you seriously trying to say wolverine wasnt intreguing his whole life was hidden he's not a thug he's an animal which is what made his character so popular but yeah i agree that gambit was intreguing and was definetly one of the coolest x men characters and should have played a part in the x men movies and not just origons of wolverine and the x men movies focused on wolverine way to much it was ridiculous.

  • one way around that healing thing would be if gambit kinectically charged the titanium inside wolverine lol wolverine is such a lame character compared to gambit though hes just a thug theres nothing intreguing where gambit alot of his past was hidden in the beginning and i really hate how the xmen movies are all about bloody wolverine theres no i in team ppl

  • @reillyblair81 Wolverine is covered in Adamantium not titanium, shows how mush you know about wolverine, since you wanna say oh all he has to do to wolverine is blah blah blah, Then I can say all wolverine has to do is stab gambit before he touches him :)

  • this is classic

  • GAMBIT PWNS ALL IN EXISTANCE!

  • @WorldWarDeadpool

gambit makes shit explosive.. wolverine on the other hand can regenerate his health and is straight badass in every way shaped and form compared to gambit n his explosives.. wolverine will kick ass while gambit will try some fairy shit n blow things up..

  • @WorldWarDeadpool more like gambit gets pwnd by all existance oHHHH!!!!

  • @WorldWarDeadpool

Don't read Marvel Zombies then. XD

  • i was only watching this for wolverine the guy is just so badass.

  • i remember watching an episode of spiderman vs wolverine in the 90's. the hobgoblin blew the shit out of wolverine and spiderman and to save him

  • @deadstrider Yeah thats true but then wolverine got back up and spiderman asked " HOW DID YOU DO THAT?" Wolverine says " I heal fast"

  • @lemmehaviet spider-man back in the 90's would have won but nowadays it's like a 5 year old vs a lion

  • @subzero3cx8 because when you beat someone in a fight or push them to their limit you say "now say uncle, SAY UNCLE" and if they say uncle that means you quit... so Wolverine is basically telling The Ragin Cajun to say uncle cause he beat him

  • LMAO Classic!!!

"Tag. You're it!! HAd enough? Just say On-cuhl"

    LMAO

  • oh god the danger room? yeah you better explain in the yard..

  • Gambit could own wolverine

  • @TROUBLE8637 Gambit would NEVER own Wolverine, and his card explosions won't do shit cuz Wolverine would just heal himself

  • come with me child, i shall explain who we are...

  • @TheMightyAtlas This. Very much this.

  • he said uncle funny to make fun of him being french dun. wtf is wrong with ur faget ass. im half french too n ur makin us look bad fukhead

  • @subzero3cx8 He was mocking Gambit's Cajun accent. Oncle is actually uncle.

  • Pentagrama em Gambit !!!

  • @subzero3cx8 Oncle is french for uncle, cause Wolverine had him pinned down he was basically telling him to scream UNCLE

  • Fox kids! thats a long time ago

  • this 90s xmen were the best, i dont care what anyones says. fuck xmen evolution or legends or origins....or whatever new animated series are out nowadays. these were the classics and always will be the best. the new xmen cartoons make the characters look stupid and gay.

  • did anyone notice israel's symbol on gambit's chest?

  • @20batigol u mean the hexagram?

  • @20batigol

The star of david? Nah that has 6 points not 5.

  • @20batigol the symbol on gambits chest if it was finished would be an upside down pentagram the ocalt uses them to capchure demons or as a sheild to protect themselves

  • I love clank of metal-on-metal when wolverine hits the wall

  • just say Onclu~ >D

  • Eh, don't get me wrong. I miss Jubilee but I like X-Men Evolution better.

  • totally cool

  • @Chaos2ThaWorld1 yea those shows were sick i remember justice league was my fav show bak in the day then they made a new version and juss ruined it completely with heros no1 knew but yea those shows were sick miss those days

  • Wolverine and Scorpion from MK made Yellow a BADASS color

  • @DJColdTurkey gambit made pink a badass color

  • @akillyz2 he did, I wont lie

  • @DJColdTurkey Black and yellow

  • Best introduction to the best X-Men character, Wolverine!

  • Morph's laugh FTW

  • Those Black Kids who trash society and cause damage to public tranportation must be stopped. I want YOU GUYS to fight back. If you continue to bow down to them, they will just continue to run over you.

  • @heartlessvietboy wtf are you talking about. Did you forget to take your meds again.

  • As much as I loved seeing my favorite X-men characters, I never liked how this series was animated. It looks a lot like Jem.

  • this was a great series!!

  • Gambit and Morph were the best. Use to love Morph`s wicked laugh!!

  • I love how royaly Storm speaks

  • I hint there is a reason why you say that although you may not know it.

  • @IseeYouAndYouDont sounds like a russian accent

  • @MrShoy Yeah, sounds different, but I meant the choice of words, too

  • Why cant I get this series on DVD???

It was the freaking best cartoon show ever, the Phoenix Saga was incredible.

  • @bhavvv it is on dvd. if you can't find it in any stores where you live, just get it online.

  • @TheIllustriouBlueJay

I want the whole series in one boxset, all I can find online is one or two parts of individual series, those suck.

  • @bhavvv well if you want the series that's what you'll get (unless you buy them bootlegged)

  • @bhavvv it is on dvd

  • is this the first episode? why's morph there?

  • @geddoe316 Yeah, they just got Jubilee from the mall, they go to fight the Sentinel next, and yeah.
