If you like Crush 40 you will also like Hardline, especially their first two albums sound a lot like Crush 40. The third one's a little different, but a masterpiece for sure.

And of course... there's Axel Rudi Pell, the world's greatest artist in my opinion, his music kicks some ass and you should give it a try, too. Check out "Tear down the Walls" or "Fly to the Moon" if you want some stuff similar to Crush 40.

Listen to some live-recordings with Axel Rudi Pell and you will see, that he can sing much better live, than in this recording. I guess the monitoring wasn't that good on the stage seen in this video here.

I think people seem to forget that Crush 40 isn't for all intents and purposes a "band". Crush 40 are (essentially) an in-house studio band that makes music for various Sega games. Going into it, there was never ANY intention of replicating songs live, or playing any sort of venue.

Hell yes it's an opinion, because music is emotion in sound form. "Real" music is expressive and stylistic and makes the listener feel good. I don't think this is real rock because literally every viewer here only cares that they do music for the Sonic games.

Crush 40 is mainly the combination of Johnny and Jun, the bass and drummer change every now and then. I think they were playing to an edited track.

They need to learn how to mix better and Jun needs to focus on being a lil cleaner . Johnny voice just isn't processed that's all. When your in a recording studio you can get away with sounding a little off and it's pretty apparent they don't do many live shows.

They just need a little work but for the most part it's good. I was SHOCKED though. Jun sounds like Eddy Van Halen on recodings.

Their 'Sonic Heroes' and 'What I'm made of' was pretty good live. Jun Senoue was epic all the way through. I was a little disapointed by this, but I know that they still made my favourite songs, and they still got it in them so I'm looking forward to whatever song they'll release next :)

They got it made though. Not having to go around on tour or spit out album after album to make ends meat. Yet they still get to play their music and not have as heavy a stress as the usual rockstar lifestyle comes with. They are a great band too. Sound is great and beyond proffessional levels. They have done several different styles of music and are very diverse. I would take that route in the music industry if I could.

As I said before- it doesn't seem like an important performance. The room is rather small, it's only a singer and a guitarist, the equipment doesn't fit rock band peformance, and he only "demonstrated" the songs. He didn't sing to the end.
