A guy jumped her and hit her across the face with a pipe and broke her shoulder after he pushed her down. He ran away to the complex next door and they never caught him. And how about that attempted kidnapping recently. Shoved the guy in the trunk of a car. They did catch those two guys. The cops here are on the ball I must say!
