shortysrule25, i agree with you!!! when i saw this scene, i saw eddie trying to climb on the boat, thinking there might be hope, but then, he gets pulled under again; tina could at least TRY to help him. no, instead, she justs pisses around while watching her boyfriend die. same way in the scene where marge gets eaten trying to climb onto the boat; the kid just sits there watching her trying to climb on the boat. he coulda given her a hand! but either way, great scene, great movie.

This scene with Eddie getting dragged to the boat while in the shark's mouth and then eaten, is very simular to the scene in the pond in the original JAWS that was taken out by director Steven Spielberg. In the original, the sailor in the small boat was thrown into the water and also dragged in the shark's mouth and later eaten alive after he pulled Mike out of the way.
