negahbocaj: This is Passai Sho shorin ryu (lineage shorinkan, shidokan or kobayashi, I believe) and it is quite different to Passai Dai or Bassai Dai (name in shotokan). Passai sho and passai dai are two different katas, although some techniques are similar. I don´t quite understand what do you mean by "regular" passai dai.

This Passai Sho is very similar to JKA's Bassai Dai. What shorin ryu lineage is this? And why is this Passai sho interchanged with the "regular" Passai Dai????

Negative . it's Passai Sho . In japanese schools they calls Sho , Dai and Dai , Sho . But in elder schools first kata is Sho .

The same occurs with Pinan Shodan/Nidan and same Heians ...

It's named Passai Sho regardless of Shorinryu lineage . Even in Matsumura Seito .
