Me too .. i think its because we have a 64 bit computer but i was under the impression my computer was both a 64 bit as well as a 32 bit

Guys, even if you get the 16 bit error you can still run it. When it asks you to Run or Extract All, just choose Extract All and follow the steps, works perfectly after that.

once u download it and open it, dont click 'run'

first click extract all, then open it and it works. woohoo but thanks so much for the download :)

I opened the WEP4UTIL.DLL and the DAT file in notepad as you did and closed them and the application still says it can't find the WEP4UTIL.DLL file...also, it cannot run a 16-bit. i use windows vista 32-bit

Evry version i founded on internet aren't for the x64 (64-bit) version of Windows Vista/ Windows 7. Only for the x86 (32-bit)... still trying to find one that work on my W7 64bit but still nothing for now
