He said that John couldn't give a "rat's behind" what people did to his songs because he was the one who wrote "I Am The Walrus"...and said the lyrics were meaningless. @StarRider1250 The war in Iraq is no more a war than the one in Libya. No congressional declaration was made, so they are both called "police actions." And do you SERIOUSLY think Libya is NOT about oil? Qaddafi was beginning to demand payment for oil exports in precious metals rather than dollars. Iran is also doing the same. Not only that, but whatever injustice there's been in Libya is STILL not a threat to us. Sovereign rights is more important than war machine-manufactured moral indignation.

There is a huge difference between voluntarily sharing with the poor, and being compelled by a too-powerful government to redistribute the wealth. Jesus was a moral leader, not a governor.
